KAMANI MUST HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE U.S. LAWSUITS WELL AHEAD OF THE SHARE PLACING

The $100 Million U.S. Class Action lawsuits in California, officially commenced on the 9TH APRIL 2020. The initial complaint being filed by the Plaintiff, Farid Khan, represented by Lawyer, Ahmed Ibrahim.

The placement of Boohoo shares to Institutional investors at 340p per share occurred on the 14TH MAY 2020.

Therefore, it is highly unlikely that Mahmud Kamani could NOT have been aware of the litigation at the time of the share placement.

The timeline of events seems to confirm this.

It certainly appears that key material facts about the U.S. litigation was NEVER disclosed to the Financial Institutions that bought Boohoo shares, at the time of the Share Placing.

If the City whispers are true, Mahmud Kamani DELIBERATELY kept quiet about the three U.S. Class Action lawsuits in California ahead of the £197 million share placing and fund raising in May 2020 in order to ensure that the institutional investors bought the shares.

I think from memory the Boohoo share placing occurred on 14 May 2020 and the price was set at 340p each.

Having lost money, could these large institutional shareholders now be considering Legal Action against Kamani and Boohoo PLC for non-disclosure of key material facts ???
