Good to see you looking in on this one nico. I’ve taken a large position following the share retracement of (-65%) from 182p to 65p and delighted with results & outlook.

Take Rate at 0.96% was ahead of forecast & while this will reduce marginally from here due to the volume sharing agreement they enjoy with merchants, they announced an additional 70 account connections in 2018 (now 177) where it takes roughly 2yrs for each to mature, thus providing them considerable visibility.

As per a recent RNS, they have invited private investors to attend a presentation tomorrow night in London...but for those unable to attend I’ve enclosed links to the Results Presentation here:

The Annual Report was also published today & available via the undernoted link.

The earnout graph in respect of the Danal acquisition is produced on p85 of the AR & confirms that deferred consideration ONLY PAYABLE if Danal’s revenues exceed $10m this year. Brokers Peel Hunt are only forecasting $10m in revenues from Danal (now known as Boku Identity) & therefore nil deferred consideration.

Lastly - as per my tweet tonight - PH have raised forecasts for the next 2 years on the back of these results.

——

Op gearing emerging. Fixed costs stable with strong FCF & GM of 93%
Peel Hunt raised forecasts as v strong start to 2019:-

*Payments = TPV +58% in first 2mths
*Identity = Monitored numbers +439% in first 2mths

Hope this assists research.

Kind regards,
GHF

Watching the trades.

What a total under utter fraud this company is. Wash trading, and let's inflate the price as high as we can to lure in more idiots at the investor presentation.

A company that consistently makes losses and has a management openly exiting the company.

Again pathetic.

Chimers looks like you called this one as well as Bango wrong. Bad luck or incompetence?

OK results. Balance sheet not great but seems to be generating cash. Current pe of 50 or so means its all in the price. Let's hope Danal delivers. Deferred payment there?
All a bit disappointing given where we were a year ago. The dilution from Danal has had a dramatic impact on share price.

Bango still worth 68M today... every day some people still buy shares of Bango for that Cap.. which means it is still worth 68M. 8x68 = 544We will see who is right in 3 years when I retire.

Bango has the exact same business model as this tripe. Totally garbage, flawed and has failed long ago. That's why both are floated on a corrupt and fraudulent exchange.

Well Bango had good results yesterday with end user spend continuing to more than double and this looks like continuing on very bullish outlook. Let's hope same here.

I have been reading for some time this rather interesting and sometimes amusing thread regarding BOKU. My take to this is as follows:

BOKU was almost bankrupted and their only exit for the mgmt and their VC (VC are tier 1 and very connected) was to list at the the casino type London AIM :) Now why the VCs all along left the mgmt for so many years to run down BOKU that is another story. Currently BOKU is depending 3-4 clients, namely Apple, Microsoft and on lesser extend Sony, Spotify, if for some reason they loose those then is all over.
Regarding their latest acquisition is a huge bet to say the least and i only hope they know some parts of the equation which we are not aware. If you want to make BOKU healthier let go half of the staff (they do not need them anyways) and restructure the rest. Oh yes some changes in the upper mgmt will be good:) that is my 2 cents or 3 cents.
