Interesting Thomas. I reckon Bango share price will go up in next 6 months as not that far behind Boku turnover and seems to be growing considerably faster. I reckon both could see phenominal growth over the next 5 years. I am more familiar with Bango as a longterm investor but have been aware of Boku but we never had financials to look at before. I doubt these two will be competing against each other directly for a few more years as there is a huge market to go for.

HL dont like their US set up it is not compatible on crest and they have no intention of allowing boku to be bought on their site.If you own any they will sell them for you for a fee.
They have no plans to change this stance for the forseeable.

Your fake news attitude is self-motivating ... You should just stick to figures instead of shouting non-sense or go back to your Bango forum and stick to your fanatic gang.

Chimers what do you mean by US set up? This is trading on AIM. I thought all AIM shares were tradeable through HL. Seeing machines is Australian for example but HL deal with them so why not Boku.

You will have trouble selling them HL refuse to have anything to do with it due to the US set up and they have no plans to change that stance.

I also plan to keep both for time being even if I put a post for Bango as it will be too sad to loose the benefit I was planning to use for Christmas gifts.I expect a lot for Boku for the next coming months... I expect Beaucoup !

Bought my first tranch. Similar to Bango in which I have a large investment. I suspect selling of BGO at moment is money trf to Boku. Over the next few months I expect both will go up in price.

Presumably the 16m is a fairly consistent percentage of end user spend so could be compared to Bango turnover.

Simon, thank you for your polite post. What a change in this terrible worldYep 16 Million. Check Techcrunch link hereabove. And Frankly, to be on AIM, you need to follow same rules for accounting. And Boku announced also EBITDA positive ar Techcrunch.. so seems they are both pretty much is same phase regarding profitability and growth. The only difference for me is that one looks 4 to 5 times bigger for similar cap... so I guess there is more space to grow with the new one, even if I hope Bango to kee growing ... to give even more opportunities to grow for Boku... But never good to try to reach the Sun... Icar tried long time ago and his wings did not resist

thomas what do you mean '16Mu'? Genuine question, not familiar with this terminology.

As I've said on the Bango thread, and apparently been quoted here, due to differences in accounting procedures it's difficult to compare revenue and profit between these two companies reliably. I wouldn't have done so had somebody not attempted it over on the Bango thread.

It's also difficult to compare these disparate sets of figures when Bango is at an inflexion point. Between the last results in September, and the next ones in January, they cross the line into run-rate profitability (this happened a few weeks ago, confirmed in RNS). Because of the way the platform is engineered, costs are fixed and do not notably rise as uptake expands, so with the large number of new contracts coming online during this period, a £32m tax credit to offset against early profits and fixed costs, the September figures cannot be used to measure the company's health. This happens with young companies and I'd guess Boku too cannot be judged by figures more than a few months old. It's not that simple to value a young growth company.

I am not aware of the full picture over at Boku, only what I can gather in a cursory read of their investor site. Total End-User Spend (EUS) is high, but the cash burn is substantially higher than Bango's and does appear to be linked to EUS. I would like to see them explain this at some point as they make their case to London.

I am certainly not saying Boku is a bad investment - I think DCB as a whole sector is growing and a rising tide lifts all boats.

My only point was to not make false comparisons, as was done over on the Bango thread. I don't wish for any kind of internecine warfare between threads, as we have a burgeoning and exciting industry to collectively back. But I have made a significant profit from Bango and could easily switch horses at this stage if I felt it was advantageous, and at this stage I can't see any reason to do it.

Best of luck to everybody.
