03/1/2019 14:09 | Price holding steady at about 70p for a month now @bam567... Thanks for the heads-up on RNS though. | olliemac1
30/12/2018 17:19 | BOKU has several very large transactions that could be buys or sales listed on the London Stock exchange site as 'Large in Scale Deferral' (LRGS) transactions. Does anybody know the significance of these trades in regards to UK investors in BOKU. | simplesimon1
28/12/2018 16:05 | Hold on to your anchors, it's getting ready to freefall again. Here comes 50p | bam567
28/12/2018 02:05 | I bet my Boku shares will make me richer than you are in 12 months from now... | thomas4billing
21/12/2018 16:34 | Listen here redbumholesniffer, get it into your thick skull, this lot ain't playing by your rules. | bam567
21/12/2018 15:01 | There's another whopper of a bear flag setup coming. This will take the price sub 50p. #goingtozero | bam567
21/12/2018 13:47 | I was under the impression that Merian Global Holdings were unable to sell due to a 6-month lock-in agreement?? Not entirely sure what is going on there... Certainly, not an encouraging move by this fund. Perhaps, I'm reading into it this a little to far.... | redbarge
21/12/2018 12:17 | Merry Christmas from Boku. Remember that placing back in September time, yes that's right, the one where your beloved management sold enough of their shares to make sure that their Christmas and their next 500 Christmases are well and truly sorted. Well, guess what, that totally inadequate fund that just so happened to appear out of nowhere, suddenly wanting to buy this huge block of shares in a failing American tech company, has now begun dumping said shares for less than half of what they paid for them. What can I say, WOW just WOW. #thefinestfraudmoney | bam567
20/12/2018 23:59 | Thanks for the heads-up on the sale @Chimers. What source were you reading by the way? Also, what is RNS? | olliemac1

18/12/2018 14:54 | Lol, at least this bam567 fellow keeps us on our toes. I’m still not that familiar with the mobile identity space but I can imagine it should be incredibly valuable to have a way to validate a user’s identity on the fly. Also this may open the door to convincing phone carriers to allow for larger transactions since user identity has been confirmed. I still think phone carriers should be embracing this model of enabling their customers to buy things with their phones, rather than treating it as ancillary to their business model. They still seem very skittish about carrier billing probably due to fear of losing customers as a result of fraudulent charges, but I think they’re missing the big picture. | olliemac1
18/12/2018 12:20 | Quoted from Jon Prideaux twitter feed...that's quite a sincere remark. Mobile phones need a mobile identity solution and it's the mobile network operators that can provide it: that secure SIM is a hell of an asset 3:31 AM - 14 Dec 2018 | redbarge
18/12/2018 06:51 | olliemac1 you ain't fooling nobody | bam567
17/12/2018 16:33 | We will have to wait and see. Without a crystal ball we can’t know if analyst consensus about projections are correct. Meanwhile shareholders who don’t believe the projections and don’t expect the stock to recover, or who need the money right away, sell their shares at a discount to the DCF valuation. Anyone know whether the Boku financials will be retroactively combined with Danal for 2018 and when they will be coming out? I thought I saw something about this recently but can’t remember where.. | olliemac1
17/12/2018 15:52 | IF....IF.....IF....I | bam567
17/12/2018 15:17 | Thanks for sharing the DCF valuation article @Thomas4billing. I should’ve seen it on Simply Wall Street sooner but it was very helpful to read it even now. It’s true that the Boku share price took a hit while Danal shareholders benefited but if the new combined revenues and, particularly, the earnings can grow from this acquisition the share price should eventually reflect that. IMO this company is not going anywhere so it’s only a matter of time. | olliemac1 |
