Would be more than happy to be wrong midas, they are certainly sitting in the sweet spot. Would be small change for the likes of Tencent or Alibaba if they wanted to expand their coverage over the whole of China. Looking forward to the next update, the share price seems to firming up in anticipation. GLA

Thanks acha, but I'm afraid I disagree with you .... if you look at the sector and the valuations of similar companies (inferior) on Nasdaq I doubt the directors and institutional shareholders wouldnt even consider never mind sell BNN for a 5 billion val, I am sure that their sights must be considerably higher IMHO.

Selling at less than 5-10bn is like earning your F1 driving licence and getting your first job at Ferrari, and then retiring before you have had your 1st race!! BNN have now got a serious roster of investors. Selling ain't on their minds IMHO. GLA

Don't think that DM, having spent the last 10 years travelling to and from China setting this all up, would consider letting it go for less than a couple of billion m cap, which would be a valuation in line with similar Chinese cos on Nasdaq.
A lot depends on recent progress soon to be announced!

Depending on news, revenues & potential new deals! IMHO I would be looking at £2.75 to £3.50 a share... 750m mcap...for any takeover... let's see what news comes in the next few weeks...GL

With such a transforming company we may see a takeover of the company this year
What price would you consider selling your holding for if discussion are taking place.
For me £2-2.20 which would be a 60 premium on today's price.
