Despite lack of news....Current Valuation of 0.35P* borders on crazy!

If only.....

A handful of the larger Pi's could have bought the company now with the amount that they initially invested here.

Battle scarred. We have come too far not to see this through!

Can funding be raised on the assets?

Yes

If it's for the full plant is that less or more risky than the last raise?

Less

What is your view QS on the risk, reward, with the company in the throws of financing difficulties, well from what we can garner. The broker has downgraded but he was able to get a small placing away. The funding for the plant and working capital would require around another £1.75m to £2m based on burn and capital requirements we know about. Or 125 tonnes .3% of our Vanadium. I think Bozzer, Jezzer, a still and a few buckets required. We want moonshine. The dilution at £6.4 market cap would be pretty high. probably around 33%. It would at least get us there and although the EPS would fall we are still looking at a sizeable return even with 250m in issue. Once the production hurdle has been overcome then we can grow organically. 40p by year 3/4 and then onwards. At 3.5p they are looking very cheap if financed but if financing is required I can see 2.75p or lower. If ACI drops then after the placing has cleared its chucks away. Do I go a gathering?

Meaning the best deal we have is currently a deal that may not actually materialise, given the short history so far, there's nothing to assure shareholders ACI will come through. Comforting.

ACI have had since the deal was signed to prepare themselves for the first tranche. There's no acceptable excuse for BMR to have found themselves in the position of going cap in hand for its latest placing at 3.75p, AB has been diabolical for the last 6-12 months.

Eggs all in one basket Q finance wise, now the alternatives don't appear palatable otherwise they'd have been presented by now?

Shareholders could always sell I suppose so not technically got a gun to their head but they're not informed enough to make a decision in most cases, due to lack of transparency from the board.

How low does the share price need to be to shake the apathetic stance of shareholders?

Should see below 3p without some solid news on the financing front. AB has walked the company and it's shareholders into a corner, not looking good at all is it?

Yet, We (the BMR Vanguard) live in hope, putting our faith in the dynamic duo, as do the poor citizens of Kabwe.

No good without funded plant Balls. Getting towards mid July well over 6 months since the deal was struck.

About time there was a BMR RNS which includes comment and update from ACI LOLsss

Personally I think Alex and Jezzer are at a point where BMR works or they end up with a meagre life in retirement. They have every incentive and have put cash on the table. Alex seems quite relaxed with ACI. Either he plays a good hand or they are playing him or it will all come together like a Blackadder cunning plan. There is not much to be done apart from stamping feet, fielding tough questions and receiving opaque answers. These stupid market sensitive conditions placed on CEO's and other officers serve to cover a multitude of sins. Nothing wrong with insiders pillaging the odd stakeholder.

In short I don't know. Me personally I've written off the investment and wouldn't be surprised to see new lows in the share price as credibility here is tracing paper thin.

In a bit more detail IMO I don't think there's anything that can be done about our predicament as shareholders. The general lethargy and desperation amongst the majority of shareholders means most will believe anything the board tell them without question and with no pressure applied on Alex Borrelli, despite his continual failure to complete anything either on time or without causing issues for the business, he is free to spin the narrative of BMR to his hearts content. The lack of updates on many fronts isn't exactly going to entice new investment. I'm sure Ester and Star Zinc are soon going to need to be paid for and we're not going to have the money at this rate.

I can't for the life of me understand the blind support for Borrelli, he is painted as a genius and as a brilliant CEO whom we are lucky to have but then his actual performance has been nothing short of embarrassing. Now he has either just been unlucky again and again, wilfully negligent or is he a complete and utter liability? Hard to delve to deep into history but the amount of liquidations he has overseen and that cash sale of a business with a portfolio near enough 10 times the size of the cash value makes me think a cheap takeover is the best we can hope for here.

The company really need to make significant improvements to turn this round in both the short and long term, everything could do with improvement especially communication. All those investor evening were an absolute waste of time and investors who may have bought in on the back of them must be shaking their heads at the mess we find ourselves in now.

So what do you propose to do about it or the company does? LOLsss
qsmeily456

1. Yes.
2. No.

ACI can continue to make assurances to the board about transferring the first tranche and the board can then continue to suggest they 'expect' to receive the money. With an indeterminate date for said transfer BMR can continue to act under the guise that the money is forthcoming and the deal is still in place. Meanwhile they should be looking elsewhere and in a hurry IMO.

As for brokers lying in an RNS I'm sure they are only so thorough as they need be and mainly going on the good word of what they're told so I would say they could lie unknowingly. Not suggesting this is the case here. I'm guessing semantics play a huge role in how much scope there is for producing an RNS. Purposefully used language so as not to make commitments or promises, see 'soon' 'expects' 'intends' for the best of it IMO.

It's all good, if ACI don't pay we can have another placing at 2p. That'll give us a bit more money while we wait a little longer for ACI to pay us. Then we can start producing in 2019.

Far too reasonable a suggestion for it to be implemented by BMR management.

If it were the case that the ACI deal was truly on the table something like you've suggested would be in place by now. They've already tried setting deadlines.

I believe the ACI deal is being used, whilst it still can, so it appears as if it is still a possibility so they have more time to work on other routes to finance personally. It would be a disgrace if the management are sitting on their hands trusting the shambles they've got in bed with and not trying to source other forms of finance.

That extra cash for plant will get burnt soon enough and then what?

And what about *Zinc?

Given it's taken 6 months and The ACI cash is still not in place anf neither is a back up..... although unknown and undeclared options are supposed to be in place. The detail of that is at best vague.

There's NO doubt the ACI deal is good and I'd hold out as long as I could to make it happen but at some point that plant cash will be gone and then it's what? Another large dilution? Another holding dilution?

As it is this is worth what it was 10 years ago when it was about to go to the wall as TEO. Now we have plant partially built and great ground work and progress yet the funding and management of it has left us exposed and vulnerable. I think ACI should be asked to provide an update as to what the problems are and when they will have them solved that we can release to update the market. So ACI saying the deal is done but these are the issues we have been having and we anticipate resolution and funding transfer happening by x at latest LOLsss

How does this help our cause?

Is there no better / higher application for our brain cells?

If we hurt, does it help to just lash out. If we re-read this in 5 years time will we agree, Who am I to judge?
