07/3/2017 09:36 | Dusseldorf you encapsulate all the wrong thinking about tech in the UK. Short term and utterly clueless. | j777j
07/3/2017 09:35 | KEEP those negative/nay-sayer/b | cultivator1
07/3/2017 09:28 | J777J - Someone who has seen this type of thing before many times. You can't run away from the trading results. Right now, the results do not justify a £7m market cap, but factor in an additional £5m equity at 7.5p, and you're looking at a market cap of £21m(!) @15p for a company with a turnover of less than £1m and an as yet value destroying cash burn. I'm pretty sure no banks will extend a finance facility on the numbers they have which means they have one shot only to continue trading, and thats equity placement. What helps a large equity placement - silly price swings.. the companies major PI shareholder is fully aware of this fact | dusseldorf
07/3/2017 09:25 | The shorts are bleating this am. It was 800p once,so what is 14p ? Surely both are the result of corruption then | j777j
07/3/2017 09:25 | Surely investors must know by now the value has gone and the only way is down? Still they keep on buying! | harrissen
07/3/2017 09:24 | LOL, just another prime example of corruption laid bare in London's flagship financial sector. Makes most African banana republics look good. How many times do you see this kind of price rigging prior to fund raising ... with oh so convenient news releases to support the rigging. Laughable. | al h
07/3/2017 09:20 | And you are? | j777j
07/3/2017 09:18 | leedskier - It has a market cap of £7m at current levels (15p). Turnover of less than £800k/year(!) cash burn of £750k every 3 months and is in desperate need of financing. The price is being manipulated to sort the financing nothing more. | dusseldorf
07/3/2017 09:18 | Well if there is a placing, surely it cannot be at much of a discount to the current share price It is not exactly as if there are hundreds of millions of shares in issue. | leedskier

07/3/2017 09:15 | Possible deal why rns that sounds like a placing coming | mally6
07/3/2017 09:09 | Not in this but it has been on my monitor for a couple of years or so. London simply does not do 'technology companies'. Snapchat, which has no effective revenue had its IPO last week and rose to a market cap of $24 billion. BLUR has a market cap, even after today's rise, of £3.24 million. | leedskier
07/3/2017 09:09 | Make that 103%. Not a bad start to the day. | j777j
07/3/2017 09:04 | A long awaited bid? up 74% | j777j
07/3/2017 09:03 | entered into final negotiations with a global electronics group for a multiple six figure on-boarding programme across three territories. That programme, if successful, could lead to a multi-year, multi-million dollar roll out of blur's Cloud software and managed services.blur has worked with this group for over a year, working with senior members of their procurement team to define and tailor a programme that seeks to embed the benefits of blur's Indirect Spend Platform in their current business processes. blur expects the negotiations to conclude in the forthcoming weeks. | tidy 2
07/3/2017 09:00 | 12p being paid this am and they were selling at 7p yesterday pm. Funny ol world | j777j
07/3/2017 08:58 | Why would you announce the prospect /likelihood of signing a deal instead of waiting and announcing it when it was actually signed? | blah blah
07/3/2017 08:58 | Whomever was shorting yesterday has been badly burned today. The point is large co's are gravitating albeit slowly towards the blur platform and that can only be good news. | j777j

07/3/2017 08:50 | J777J - I am not Robert Keith, but if I was, it would be in my interest to buoy interest in a share I bought majority of my stock at 3.75p prior to a much needed fundraising exercise.... Todays RNS is mostly hot air, though if they sign the deal at least it brings some confidence that the business model can work. As I say, invest with caution as the fundraise RNS won't be too long behind and IMO somewhere between 5p/7.5p - dependent on how much they can 'promote' the price.. | dusseldorf
07/3/2017 08:42 | Are you in fact Robert Keith? Your posts are highly suspicious. Coincidences,I don't believe in. | j777j
07/3/2017 08:38 | bookbroker - I'm very suspicious of the trading activity. After being 'flat' for two weeks suddenly some strong selling pressure to drop the price the day before this RNS. Almost looks like price manipulation to me, I wonder who has enough shares to do that..... | dusseldorf
07/3/2017 08:36 | Personally Letts is not to be trusted on any statement, he is a complete and utter fanny merchant, the master of spin! | bookbroker
07/3/2017 08:32 | Reading the RNS carefully, you can only assume the below: - There is no final deal yet, its in negotiation - though arguably close - Multi- 6 figure sum, could mean just $200k-$300k - this cannot stave off a funding round - Any extension to the deal is speculation on behalf of the company and 'could lead' is probably apt terminology, but certainly not of the strength to represent certainty Any interested buyer today should exercise extreme caution. The company does not have enough cash to continue trading without further funding and I'm guessing circa £5m. They are clearly elsewhere discussing funding options and happen to have also 'neared' conclusion of year long discussions with a company - somewhat fortuitous promotion if you are trying to raise funds wouldn't you say? | dusseldorf |
