A complete stitch up. This has been planned for some time, which makes the recent AGM a mockery. The 2.5p offer in no way represents anything like true value, but as they now have over 75% agreeing to the deal, the UK PI's get well and truly shafted.

Not good news. Does this look like another stitch up?

You should follow your own advice rather than initiating unprovoked personal attacks on other posters !

Stegrego - 19 Aug'13 - 1366: I'm up 550% since the market lows of 09. 1300% in one porfolio.

I notice that we've been truly honoured by some really informative and penetrating insight from such a legend in his own lunch hour !

"I referred Masurenguy to the Nomad or company secretary as they were part of the conference call."

LOL - you certainly did and I followed your advice and spoke to him. He categorically told me that he had absolutely no knowledge of any agreement between the banks and Bluestar to change their payment policies to installments instead of the existing process on completion and invoicing of the project.

Can you explain that ?

Perhaps the Nomad suffers from Alzheimers !
Maybe you dialled into another companies conference call by mistake !
Could it be that you live in a parallel universe !
I wonder if your hype and fantasy is distorting your perception of reality !

I find it strange that people want to twist words. For the sake of clarity, I have stated in previous posts that I dialled in to the AGM. During the question and answer session I asked if there had been any progress with Banks bringing forward the payment terms. I was informed that they had reached agreement on this.

If you don't believe me that is fine, but I am not making this up and my name and holding was declared at the meeting.

I referred Masurenguy to the Nomad or company secretary as they were part of the conference call.

I would certainly agree that everyone should do there own research before buying shares. For the record, I posted the information when you could buy for 2.5p.

My agenda is based purely on facts and truth not fantasy and hype !

You quoted the Nomad as a source to confirm your claim and they just confirmed that they were totally unaware of any change in payment policy by the banks !

Your complete hype has now been well and truly exposed and confirmed by the Nomad, who would certainly be aware of any agreed change in bank payment policies. Your childish response to this is just "I'm not responding to you any more". Your credibility is zero !

Masurenguy - I stand by everything I have said in my posts. Wait until the Interims before you make your accusatory comments.

I will not reply to you further as you clearly have your own agenda.

I've spoken to the Nomad and they have absolutely no knowledge whatever of any agreement being reached with the banks to change their payment terms with Bluestar. As I've previously stated, you
are just posting sheer hype and utter nonsense !

Discussions taking place do not in anyway equate with any agreement being reached. You are now squirming because you cannot substantiate your pure hype !

You very clearly have no evidence whatsoever that the company has confirmation that the banks have agreed to change their payment terms. This is just pure hype on your part !

Masurenguy - it doesn't bother me if you don't believe what I was told at the AGM. Just because they have not issued an RNS does not mean it was not said. Your loss.

bill182 - 16 Sep'13 - 1091: Feedback from the AGM is positive in my view. Of equal importance, is the improvement of the payment terms from their main customers. This has been mentioned as 'work in progress' in the previous annual report and will have a positive impact on the cash flow going forward.

I have not seen any confirmation from the company that the banks have agreed to amend their terms of payment and you have produced no evidence whatsoever in this respect either !

masurenguy

Masurenguy - can you not read. At the AGM I asked whether the company had been successful in amending the payment terms with the banks and they confirmed that they had. If you read through my posts that is exactly what I have said.

You were very negative here a couple of years ago and I can see you haven't changed. The world moves on and so should you.

bill182 - 1105: Quote from the results and confirmed at the AGM:
"Despite the increase in debtor days, the cash receipts in the first quarter after the reporting period is RMB34.5 million compare to same period in previous year of RMB19.7 million. The Company has requested that banking clients change their payment policies by paying us in installments instead of paying only when the project is finished as before."

Agreement has been reached with their banking clients.

The company "requested" banking clients change their payment policies - that is not the same as "agreed to" change their payment policies. Where is the confirmation that banking clients have agreed to change their payment policies in the AGM statement ?
