15/7/2013 09:17 | Website updated - results will be released on 31 July. | bill182
10/7/2013 09:48 | The difference here is that the directors have put a lot of money into the company at substantially higher prices. Also, they have given personal guarantees against the bank loans. Even allowing for the fact that all of the business conducted in the second half of the year is not paid for, I still reckon the should have a net cash gain of circa £4-5m if their previous debtors repayments forecasts are correct. Anyway, not long to go until we find out! | bill182
05/7/2013 13:36 | Pehaps the CEO has got a £10 million wager with the CEO of Geong as to can get their debtor days up to 1,000 first whilst still being in business as a listed company.Probably a pretty close run compo at present. | rmillaree
05/7/2013 13:02 | If this comes to pass, the share price will look undervalued: "Trade receivables increased to RMB 275 million at the period end (2011: RMB 234 million). Debtor days increased during the period to 608 days (2011: 539 days). With the fourth quarter of the calendar year traditionally a period of significant cash collection for companies in China, the Company is expecting that approximately 50% of the outstanding debtors will be received by the end of March 2013." | bill182
05/7/2013 10:35 | I wonder if the company can surprise us and deliver some positives in the results this month. According to previous announcements, they were expecting to receive over £13m in from debtors by the end of last year. Let's see if the cash position has shown any signs of stabilizing or dare I say improving. | bill182
03/4/2013 12:25 | Another worthless contract - a) they all lose money; b) they never get paid! Bunch of useless con-men. Stay well clear. | philjeans
06/2/2013 16:01 | outstanding debtors number is huge. Dividend cut. Very cheap, but very risky. | edmundshaw
06/2/2013 14:43 | Uvel simular chinese company some say ready for lift off i wonder whats going on with these companys and cctv stocks ,epic UVEL | iloveit
06/2/2013 09:25 | Well I tried to buy first thing this morning (online) and no luck. Low volume. | tradermel
06/2/2013 07:53 | Contract win worth £1.8 Million .... will this spark interest here? | tradermel
15/11/2012 12:28 | Well....someone sees some value....a 2.68m purchase last week. I'd like to bet it was at a lot more than 3.00p! | bill182
14/11/2012 13:34 | Stegrego....for my sins I am, but only a small amount. I have done very well out of BSST in the past, and whilst the results this morning were disappointing, they were not unexpected. The directors and II's are in at much higher levels, and the wage cuts plus other savings will make a difference going forward. I also expect the price of the hard disks to drop as stocks build up following the floods in Thailand. I will give it a year and review the situation then. Happy hunting! | bill182
18/10/2012 09:34 | At least it looks like some of the institutional investors are keeping the faith. I see that CIM Investment Management have increased their holding to 5.15%. The share price seems to have stabilised at the 3.00p level. With the interims due in the next few weeks, a little bit of good news could see the share recovering some of the recent losses. | bill182
10/10/2012 14:21 | Another 1.3m buys today so far. It looks like one or more of the Institutional Investors are selling down. Could be because the company are no longer paying a dividend. | bill182
09/10/2012 16:48 | Well....with 360,000 buys today and no selling, the bottom may finally have been reached. Buy price is now 3.25p, with only one MM at that price. Think I will wait a few more days before adding further. | bill182
09/10/2012 09:11 | Quite a few buys now going through. Of course, the directors are unable to buy at the moment with the results due shortly. I would imagine they will be buying after the results if the share price stays at this level, especially when you look at the price of their options! | bill182
09/10/2012 08:39 | The price continues to drop, but on very few trades. I am surprised the company has not issued a business update to steady the share price! Now buying at 2.95p. According to the company, they had circa £5.1m cash at the year end and net assets of £28m. With a mkt cap now of £2.09m, assuming there is nothing more sinister than has been reported, I see this as a decent recovery share. It will be interesting to see what the results bring in a few weeks time. | bill182
03/10/2012 15:26 | With the recent dramatic drop in the company's share price, they may bring forward the interim trading update up to the end of September. It has been released at various times in October/November in the past, and it wouldn't go amiss to release it early. Looking at the trades for the past month, it would appear that most of the sells have now been bought with the purchases today. I wonder if we have hit the bottom yet! | bill182
03/10/2012 12:37 | zagdook - can't argue with that! | bill182
03/10/2012 12:01 | If the mcap is above net cash then it's still doing better than TAIH. | zangdook
03/10/2012 10:04 | Checked another screen which is only showing one buy at 1.719m at 4.00p. If my maths are correct, the net cash is circa £2.1m and the mkt cap is now £2.37m. Given the recent contract wins, I can't imagine the company is not currently cash flow positive. Could be wrong, but I have added a few more this morning! | bill182
03/10/2012 09:42 | Something is clearly going on in the background. My screen is showing multiple buys of 1.7m shares at 4.00p, which is above the buy price, yet the shares have been marked down again! | bill182 |
