Notice of General Meeting
BlueRock Diamonds plc, the AIM listed diamond mining company, which owns and operates the Kareevlei Diamond Mine in the Kimberley region of South Africa ("Kareevlei"), announces that, following the announcement made on 19 March 2018, the Company's General Meeting will be held at SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP, Prince Frederick House, 35-39 Maddox Street, London W1S 2PP at 10.00 a.m. on 9 April 2018.
The General Meeting has been convened to increase the Company's share issuance authorities, further details of which are set out in the Notice of General Meeting which will be posted to shareholders today.
Copies of the Notice of General Meeting and Forms of Proxy will be made available shortly on the Company's website www.bluerockdiamonds.com
