BlueRock Diamonds plc, the AIM listed diamond mining company, which owns and operates the

Kareevlei Diamond Mine in the Kimberley region of South Africa ("Kareevlei") has today been informed that Adam Waugh, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 1,714,000 shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 10 November 2017 at a price of 1.75 pence per share.

Following completion of the share purchase, Adam Waugh holds 6,566,273 Shares representing 4.7 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
