PS. In the past, there has always been an RNS following the monthly auction/sale of a large diamond. With now more stringent guidelines in place, there is no longer any certainty that there will be an RNS following next week's auction.

Yes, I looked back over her posting history and, unless she's sold any very recently (namely since 29 October), seems to have about 77k shares, equivalent to 2.36% of the share capital.

Yep sure is....The Board anticipates that the results for the second half of 2019 will be a significant improvement on the first half of the year and expect that the Company will be profitable in the second half.

Tim, I don't know the full story re Connie but she has held for a long time and has therefore been diluted a lot over the years.
I think she must have friends or family around Kimberley and has been to see the mine on several other occasions in the past throughout the highs and lows.

Welcome, Fatgreek (!). This is a very quiet board consisting of not much more than a handful of serious investors, each making a positive contribution without resorting to ramping or slanging matches. Lat's hope it stays that way, as we all enjoy, and benefit from, BRD's future successes.

Thanks for that. I held shares elsewhere but was gonna buy in at 50 odd pence missed that but loads of potential for this to be a multi bagger at current levels, hence I bought in today.The quality of the diamonds being found and the new production levels can only mean one thing......more diamonds more juicy carats and more cash.Valued at just over 3 million says it all..... The land value has increased just on the carats being lifted.Watch this space.....looks good for the future....

Thanks Russ for highlighting Connie's post on lse, he gives a very positive report. I wonder who Connie is, is he an ordinary PI? He doesn't seem to have a notifiable holding. There's no doubt that, as a profitable company with a large resource to exploit and little/no debt, BRD has a very bright future that is not currently reflected in the share price.

And yet each day the company goes about its business, mining diamonds and making money. Value will out eventually. Hopefully there will be some news on 22nd. O/T Excellent results announced today by JLP, a world leader in extracting metals from tailings, turning liabilities into assets and helping the environment at the same time. JLP is one of my largest holdings, it has an extremely bright future. Its IP deserves a global presence, should ultimately be acquired by one of the global mining giants.

November auction takes place starting 18th, with a possible RNS on Friday 22nd if there are any large stones sold. O/T For anyone who's interested in share tips, GLR has similarities to BRD, but its share price recovery has yet to begin. (GLR mines zinc and other metals.) Personally, I think its upside is just as great as BRD's was from circa 50p, if not greater. But it might require one last equity raise. I've suggested to the Directors that they consider a similar arrangement with Teichmann that BRD has, though no doubt they have their own ideas. GLR has a good man leading the operation, he was in London yesterday presenting on JLP, another company well worth investing in.

Wayne Gibson increases his holding by 20k shares, he has the largest holding other than Teichmann. Good for him!

Perhaps the cheapest listed diamond miner on AIM.

Folk will eventually realise the turnaround and potential value going forwards.

I do think it may take a few more quarters, few more big stones and record results to shakeoff its (legacy) reputation.
