Big august weeks coming up for bluejay, I hoped july would be the hot month but I got my dates wrong in all honesty. August would appear to be the month of good news and good share price upward movement. Handshake to all bluejay devotees

' If gravity properly asserts you will deserve everything you receive. ' . Absolutely ! Ilmenite being heavier and having finer grains than sand. Could you ask Zak Mir to proffer an opinion on JAY ? Zak, with respect, I'd be interested in hearing from, many thanks.

Western areas point is irrelevant in the extreme. 25-30p min by September, bulk sample news is on its way.

I did wonder, but here is the answer...lol "and then to completely align (hence the name) ourselves with existing...." - this is a website, a business that is :
" As part of the Align package we also offer the option of a professionally recorded Q&A session with the covered company's CEO (or other management team designate) and Zak Mir and which is posted to our site enhancing further the profile of your company and increasing the all important reach of our coverage."

and he spends his time on here spouting to maybe 25 punters.....lol

You state " I have never had a LARGE (My italics) short position in FAM/JAY"

You do not deny that you have had a short position in FAM/JAY. It does not matter anyway because no one here appears to accept what you say in any event (except perhaps JakNife!!!)

He still hasn't answered why he is posting so much of his repetitive, rabid drivel here....and from somebody who hasn't a position in Jay. It's all become rather boring.

Just for good measure to really give the bulls food for thought this weekend, couple more comments to reflect on from Graham MArshall himself no less!= From last full years accounts -

"I sit on the FinnAust Board as a representative of the Company's supportive cornerstone investor, Western Areas Limited, and in assessing this Project, we were attracted to the opportunity to deliver production at low cost in the relative near term via a dredging operation within the marine environment using industry normal equipment and practices. "

"I am confident that Pituffik has the potential to be a globally significant titanium project with a low cost route to market, and our team is incredibly excited to deliver on the objectives required to facilitate cash generative production. The remainder of 2016 will see us deliver a maiden resource for the area and strengthen our understanding of the processing requirements for this unusually pure mineralisation, which will in turn aid our end user / offtake discussions. We feel confident that we are well placed to make the right decisions for the Project given our working relationships with leaders in their respective fields and we look forward to clarifying our development scenario as it becomes defined. We also feel that we have the right asset at the right time following the report from TZMI which highlights the dynamic current and forecast market fundamentals. I speak both as a representative of the Company's cornerstone stakeholder and as FinnAust Chairman when I say that I hope investors share in our excitement regarding this expansive project and look forward to updating you all as we progress."

Note the use of "cornerstone and supportive" and how "excited" they are (by extension Western Areas. What changed to want to exit a couple of months ago?

I also find this extremely interesting -

Fast forward to 4:20 seconds - Mcillree talks about avoiding dilution (aswell as prior to this "supportive shareholders" ref WA that clearly weren't as supportive as he thought) and hints at a "partnership". Where is the partnership? On the dilution front there has been 3 placings since then... My read is he has not, for some reason, been able to obtain a partnership and has been forced into equity raises (albeit at, in our opinion, exceptionally high valuation levels given the resource is not even yet at "measured" status). I will however give him credit again that he has managed to get Western Areas out aswell at these valuation planes. It is the blind, stubborn and greedy that has remained long.

This is a mine of info that the bulls should look v v v closely at -

It was from January last year. The following comments in particular should cause questions for longs:

"Q4: Do you think we’ll have offtakes and bulk samples by the end of the year?
So a big part of that with this type of project is having offtakes, we are in discussions with two groups at the moment, it’s early stage Giles but these things appear to be potentially be able to move quite quickly and again, it comes back to our purity, the lack of impurities in this particular ilmenite means that it is excellent feedstock as the base competent for these smelters that are pulling in variable impure ilmenite’s from all over the world. So having a pure source is actually something that is very sought-after so this has been very encouraging for us to get that so we think that’s achievable, the quantities I guess will be the variable that we need to determine at the moment but certainly by the end of the year we will have offtakes in place that will enable us to attempt to fulfil those in 2017, that’s very much the strategy and the focus of the group."

WHERE ARE THESE OFFTAKES?

"Q6: You mentioned the FinnAust Mining Plc shareholding structure as being important, can you tell investors why this matters?

... in the case of FinnAust Mining Plc, is that we’re sort of around about that 92% of the shares held by sort of 15 unrelated parties, whether it be large UK institutional investors, Western Areas in there, and several high net-worth individual holders as well. So what we have is a very tight share registry that is responsive to positive as well as negative news but certainly is able to move freely up and down so we see that as a huge positive for us."

NOTE COMMENT RE WESTERN AREAS.

PS The chart above looks ominously like a head & shoulders formation to me with a target of 7-8p.

PPS Ref share price Angel selling - they were selling within near proximity of issuing buy notes.

PPS - 2nd thought for the day - if JAY is worth multiples of the current stock price WHY did Western Areas not deploy some of their meaningful cash balance to develop the asset further instead of selling out? Interested in the spin the bulls put on this one.

Snowy - more wrong suppositions. I have never had a large short position in FAM/JAY and nor has Align. We currently have no position.

Ref our positions in companies we recommend, we are actually still holders of the very vast majority of our conviction buy calls and indeed have added to numerous positions (it is called "eating your own cooking" and as you will see soon with our accounts filing it has been v palatable).

Now back to the question. WHY have all below sold stock in JAY?

Kuenzel selling stock while drawing a fat salary at Georgian Mining (clearly didn't need the money)
Whybrow, Palmer and Shaun Bunn offloading stock at fractions of current stock price
SP Angel issuing glowing notes and selling when they can (they can't have needed the money either)
But, most worryingly for bulls - the "cornerstone investor" (co's own words) - Western Areas - selling out entirely whilst having a robust balance sheet of their own.

Market cap fully diluted @ £100m and circa £6m in cash likely now. Gawd 'elp the longs if there is a general market downdraft imo or hiccup in their schedule. Never seen a co issue so much "positive" news. Odds are they will hit a hurdle soon.

I do find it ironic that Richard Jennings aka richie666 a founder of Align Research states on his firm's website that he/his company takes shares in the companies which he promotes in lieu of a fee so that he is aligned with the company which his firm is promoting.

I guess, like the rest of us, that he needs money in the bank to pay his way in life and I assume, like the rest of us, that he uses the income which he/his company generates in order to satisfy those demands. Now if he/his firm takes shares in lieu of money for his work, in order to satisfy his need to pay his way, he must have to sell some of those shares.

He has spent much time on this and other sites being critical of share price Angel selling shares which it negotiates in lieu of fees. Now what is different in him/his company selling the shares he/it gets in lieu of fees and that which share price Angel does? There is no difference.

Folks - it is suspected that Jennings had a large short position in Bluejay (then Finn Aust) last autumn. He deployed similar posting antics then as now; you can find them on the FAM thread. Thus, I think that it is reasonable to assume that he may now have a short position in Bluejay stock.

It is thought that he lost out last autumn. Let us see how matters pan out over the next few months.

Numbers are the only things worth discussing and post bulk sample results we are well over 20p. 25-30p minimum by September IMHO. Shorters may beg to differ. May the best men (or women) win

And why do you keep repeating yourself? There is nothing new here. Just the ramblings of an individual with an agenda perhaps? I, for one, would take you a bit more seriously if you had something new to add. You seem like a sensible chap Ricardo. Would you take much notice of somebody who keeps droning on with the same tired narratives? Just wondering like.
