Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and Connected Persons

Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited (the "Company") received notification that Mr Mike Rand, a PDMR of the Company, sold 18,060 Ordinary Shares on 28 March 2017 that were then acquired by Mr Rand's Self-Investment Personal Pension ("SIPP") on 28 March 2017 (18,020 Ordinary Shares) and 29 March 2017 (40 Ordinary Shares). The sale of Ordinary Shares was made at a price of 110.75 pence per share for a total consideration of GBP20,001.45. The subsequent acquisition on 28 March 2017 of 18,020 Ordinary Shares was made at a price of 110.91 pence per share for a total consideration of GBP19,985.98. The acquisition on 29 March 2017 of 40 Ordinary Shares was made at a price of 111.25 pence per share for a total consideration of GBP44.50. Following this transfer, Mr Rand's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 201,203 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
