Some moving parts in the back ground so I don't think the suspension will be lifted until these are ironed out .... will all be the best in the long run , this company has been run poorly for a while so want to make sure everything is in place with a clear picture.

CTAG held theirs in Jersey at 08.30 am, so BMV are being very considerate in allowing their shareholders an extra 30 minutes in bed.


And by ensuring the AGM starts before the first plane lands from London, they're giving attendees an evening to spend in Jersey the night before, what's not to like?

And between Xmas and just before New Year is so considerate time wise, when many are away on holiday. Perhaps some will now choose Jersey instead of St. Moritz so they can include the AGM in their festive arrangements?

Don't know what the market will think on relist. Must say I'm a bit confused as we made an operating loss but an overall profit due to some accounting wizardry concerning asset acquisition at a sum lower than previous valuation.
No doubt someone better qualified than me will make some sense of it all.

Report not showing on morningstar yet. Why can't they add it to the RNS like all normal companies?

Lots of blaming of other people ! It's all fine and works progressing lovely . Just a lot slower than I was initially led to believe .... keep the faith

At the moment there is nothing we can do as it's suspended.

There is no worries whatsoever regarding the company ! All monies and requirements are covered by management ! I honestly wouldn't worry one bit ! Yes it's an oversight by the management , but all will be resolved and the company has never been in a better position ! Just wait until you see the grade results ....

I initially took the Philipines bank holiday explanation in good faith and assumed the suspension would be brief and by this time we'd probably be trading again. But now with three weeks in suspension I too start to think it could have been a porkie and that there are issues for BMV to go forward as a going concern. My stake is pretty small here, but still would not like to see losing it completely. If at some point the company would resume trading again, maybe it will come hand in hand with a 1p placing RNS.
