Indeed KORES are funding the upcoming resource definition drilling as per previous RNS. Re: the current RNS, it would be pointless referring to further subsidy opportunity without knowing the likelihood of receiving it, otherwise the announcement is counter productive.

Indeed. This just gets better. Korean government supporting and financially subsidising our mine development + mine economics and revenues based on gold nearly $500 lower than presently..

Definitely. I think it can multibag this year alone especially with a high gold price

Good to see investors taking positions for what should be a 5-10 multi bag over the next 3-4 years. Low cost near term gold producers is where the big gains will, be made in this market, BMV perfectly placed.

even on 10,000 ounces of production, a margin of even $600 per ounce sees an annual profit of $6 million (currently circa £4.6 million). Market csp is only £10 million. Given the noted average cash cost per ounce and gold currently comfortably above $1,700 and with what looks a positive outlook given the global macroeconomic picture, a much higher overall profit should be possible – and that before any production uplift. With also the seemingly modest funding requirement, this is a clear multi-bagger potential here. As the company makes operational progress to bring such earnings potential closer these shares will soar...technically, the shares are attempting to breakout

Breaking out on the chart now, lets get some news on the financing soon.

My take, having been here c. 15 months is the permitting delay was out of the companies hands and was due to a change in the Korean mining code and interpreting it. BMV did good work in getting a favourable interpretation to allow mining to restart at the existing mines. This added c. 5-6 months to the timescales they laid out early last year.

My main criticism is the fact they had all this time to pre empt and put in place conditional finance to restart the mines yet it’s taken 5 months from the Kochang permit to announce conditional finance. This could be a reflection of the finance market. If this is confirmed soon then there’s nothing to be concerned about and this will rerate as we progress.

It’s a year behind where I’d hoped but the gold price environment over the next 5 years could scarcely be better so in the grand scheme of things I’m happy to sit tight and watch this unfold.

The share prophets/ tip sheet backing is a double edged sword; they can turn on a sixpence and exacerbate retail trade but on the plus side, it keeps the BOD on their toes! Having said that, the BoD have plenty of skin in the game and have kept us going for the last year, so aligned interests.
