17/2/2022 16:28 | And over 8 months later how much has happened? Clearly moving at warp speed huh29 June 21 Now that all ownership issues have been resolved and funding is in place the BMV team can move on with construction; although Covid restrictions will slow down our efforts we do have plans to start construction preparatory tasks within the next couple of months. | terminator101
17/2/2022 13:42 | Auric coin rising as well up 100% since 15 Feb | captain_kurt
17/2/2022 12:47 | Terminator, you’re stating the obvious as if it is a surprise to you. Production has not commenced, so clearly there won’t be any revenue. The company hasn’t done a raise since 2019 and near 18 months ago received the first tranche of funding (for a very low sun), so clearly wouldn’t have funds. On the funding issue itself, you seem to have glazed over some of the important parts. Only $2.5m is required to bring Kohchang into production, but Auric has agreed to provide a minimum of $5m. Auric provided its current funding well before the gold sale agreement was signed recently (Nov 21). The Prospectus also says that the Company also intends to explore other financing opportunities as a contingency plan, to cater for the scenario where Auric do not provide further funds. It’s understandable that you’re so skeptical about BMV, as you have only picked up on the negative parts of the Prospectus. If you looked at the positives also, not least that the production target is 100k oz Au per annum, it would give you a much more balanced view. | moneymaker2015
17/2/2022 09:08 | Yeah mate, don't bore us with all that facts stuff huh, or pointing out that they have no actual cash or that they are month behind even their pedestrian plans huh | terminator101
17/2/2022 09:02 | Yawn ... you r so so so boring | rakepat37
17/2/2022 08:21 | I note that they don't just say dilution, they say SUBSTANTIAL dilution. I'm guessing that's a lot Failure to obtain sufficient financing for the Group's activities and projects will result in delay and/or indefinite postponement of development activities, the eventual loss or dilution of the Company's interests in its South Korean Projects or even mean the Company cannot continue as a going concern. Alternatively, if additional finance is available, the terms of the financing might not be favourable to the Group and might involve substantial dilution to existing Shareholders. | terminator101
17/2/2022 08:13 | They need at least $2.5 million to bring Kochang project into production. Where is the money coming from mate? The magic money tree. They literally don't have a single penny to rub together. | terminator101
17/2/2022 08:11 | Page 12The group has insufficient working capital for its present requirements. They put that in BOLD just in case you skimmed past it. | terminator101
17/2/2022 08:07 | Have you lot even read the prospectus for this? They have no working capital. Clearly stated on page 7. However, any further development of the South Korean Projects is dependant on further funding from Auric and/or other third parties. | terminator101
17/2/2022 07:55 | "progressing towards gold production" huh. Where is the cash coming from to progress towards this? And stating they will have 100% of their "potential" revenue as "free cash flow" is a misleading statement. | terminator101
17/2/2022 07:20 | I guess the gold contract they signed in November means the next payment of non dilutive funding is en route | captain_kurt
17/2/2022 07:19 | Yes with £10m free cash flow when kochang is operational | captain_kurt
17/2/2022 07:13 | Reality check rampers. Let's just check for what the company is actually producing huhRevenue = zeroCash at the end of last period = £62,615 (and that's not in 000's)Why does anyone think that this is worth a market cap of over £13 million? | terminator101

15/2/2022 13:59 | Quiet on here considering the move up. | digger2779
15/2/2022 12:03 | From bb The last figures were it would require initial funding of around 20 million I recall. That is extremely modest when most gold projects require 100's of millions. But then BMV are not explorers opening up new mines, they are refurbishing old mines that went out of production when gold was a fraction of its current price. It's a wonderful business model. (Side note: we have some business in the Philippines so I follow the financial news there. Another hint for people to explore after my post about the website this morning: look at the recent mining changes in the Philippines. BMV still own a approaching 500,000 ounce mine there at Batangas. If sentiment keeps moving the way it is it might be back in play at some point...) | captain_kurt
15/2/2022 11:49 | LOL! 31% up for (finally) cleaning up their website! | outlawinvestor |
