They have to say they know of no reason that’s the whole point. It’s a regulatory requirement which the Nomad will have had to insist they issue. I feel sure Derek didn’t want to issue it but he had no choice. It’s done now, regulations complied with and nothing has actually changed since yesterday. We now await the expected news flow which will then allow the board to say they do know why the share price has increased rapidly.

But Dynasty I think are the one to watch short term, they could easily propel the price to 1.5-2p on their own, drop Satoshi on top of that and we are talking life changing possibilities for the share price.

It is a required regulatory statement because of the large volume and rise in the share price Nothing has actually changed from yesterday and the market cap is still very low with the news we are anticipating from Dynasty and Satoshipay. The news could still arrive any day but until it does the board is required to issue the brief statement that it has.
