Nico. Reading okspookie's post I think he may have been referring to the intransitive verb REVOLT - which means to rise up against an authority in an act of rebellion.

I believe it is his/her misuse/misunderstang of the English language to use the transitive verb REVOLTING that has inadvertantly offended you. Your contributions are important here.

Thanks Tony, Nico & Mark!

We often hear that these BB's make no difference to companies plans but this proves how important it is for holders to communicate!

Just for a moment could I ask those here more knowledgable in the whole crypt/DeFI/Blockchain sector to imagine that Pendulum blockchain is a huge success (I realise that is asking a lot) - my question is how is it monetised.Probably a stupid question, but I made my money asking stupid questions.

You are to be commended for your actions to make the Board see the error of their ways. I find it hard to imagine any shareholders were in favour of that option scheme. The share price needs to be multiples of today’s share price before such a scheme could even be considered.
Many thanks to you,Tony and Mark.
Let’s hope the next RNS brings good news from one of our investments.

first and foremost , fair play nico et al !!

a very vague answer to my questions on Satoshipay, i didn't ask why the market attributed zero value , that is obvious to even the single celled on this board.

i asked you to give positives as to Satoshipay, i'm well aware of the positives of Dynasty.

you are indeed one of the rose tinted mugs and your attempt at deflection was poor, very poor !!

Think about it, and i'm not going to spell it out for you as i am going to credit you with a semblance of an IQ

Derek Lew became Chairman of Guild. he is CEO of Blue Star capital

what does that create should he wish to sell Blue Stars stake in Guild?

think about it before answering?.... ;)

Was complete madness, put the options in at double, triple or 10 times current share price, at least everyone is then happy if targets are reached.

Pleasure BapsWe just couldn't allow this sort of option scheme with very few hurdles to go ahead.Good to see shareholders get together and work as a team in making sure a "reward for failure " never occurred.I'm delighted the BOD listened and let hope that this is now a low for our share price and we get some good news going forward.

there's no logic in ur belief 888

that guilds share price has any affect on blu's

if that was the case

when guilds share price went back up to 8p in July 21

why did BLU's share price continue on its downward spiral to 0.15

there was no corresponding upward spike from blu at that time

check out the charts

From 29/9/20 BLU RNS in relation to the Guild investment

“ In conjunction with other shareholders, Blue Star has entered into a lock-in and orderly market arrangement for 12 months.”

Lock in period now expired for many, so now they are dumping when the market allows them to do so.

The three we hate Satoshipay stooges have returned to their favourite topic and repeated their repetitive diatribes yet again. Everyone knows the market hasn’t attributed much value to Satoshipay for years so it’s all rather pointless. The real question that should attract more attention is the fact that Guild IPOed at 8p and is currently down to 4.5p. Please explain what is the issue there because that is what is causing BLU’s very disappointing share price not Satoshipay.

it's not concerning for a business

which has been relying on handouts since 2004

& as long as these handouts continue

there is no incentive for meinhard to generate revenue

it's a bit like the peeps

who live off the benefit system in this country

why work for a salary & pay tax when u don't have to

I wouldn’t waste your time stoxx engaging with that chocolate fireguard 888icb.

I really dread to think what Satoshipays monthly cash burn is

I bet it can’t be far off €100k a month

Which is quite concerning for a business which is still generating next to no revenue

Anything about revenue generation , or when it goes live?

if not, then its not KP's agenda but an issue for ALL Blue Star capital shareholders

you seem to have a heavily rose tinted bias 888ICB

i've asked you before to describe what you see as the positives, you have declined to answer.

i've offered that we have heard ZERO from Blue Star with regards anything other than the options scandal, for over 8 months.

Do you take this as a positive? if so , financial markets are not for you !!!

KP claims he can’t find the link but that’s a lie, it’s just that it doesn’t fit his agenda. However for those of you who are actually interested in Pendulum here is a link

There are also links on the Pendulum Twitter feed to this and other news about Pendulum.
