Oak has good connections and is moving quickly I hear. I suspect Oak will be looking to enter into various agreements in the coming weeks/months, which will benefit BLU. Good idea to buy in tomboyb.

Anyone looked at oak media? There seems to be a boom in gaming tech let alone tech itself. They said last rns they were looking to grow as fast as possible. With debt almost zero now I may punt back.

Tomboy I think it's pretty tightly held, not sure there's too many shares around. Management have c.4% but the loan holders hold a significant chunk (30%?)and are all in for the long term. New shareholders, involved in the placings (25%?), should be similarly minded. 'Old shareholders' are in at much higher prices (lowest being c.1.5p) so don't think there will be much around below that price.

I'm sure there will be shares available as the shares rise. Interesting times for BLU.

errollc - do you know what percentage of BLU is owned by management and consortium? To me - It looks like they may have majority equity here. I am looking to buy back in if it drops

Debt now just 85k, from 600k a few months ago. some interesting assets, with Vigilant Applications doing very well. Oak investment looking very exciting....2014 will be a good year for BLU.

£1.4m of net assets,is the current market cap. No interest being paid on loans, most of which has converted. The loans kept the company afloat for a few years, instead of disappearing. Good new Chairman, who's cleaning the place up, along with the CEO. Next deal will be the interesting one...

I had a read as well and thought it was a trap job by the mm's and sure enough
sales way below the bid on a wide spread.
