27/7/2017 20:27 | Its the correct site is it? This turned out to be a scam on BST POST 686 the address bar was different people sure the companies house link is correct? | hazl
27/7/2017 20:24 | doodlebug, it appears to be the confirmation statement that is overdue (previously known as an annual return). For limited companies it's quite a basic form which just confirms basic company details such as registered address and directors etc. However, if you don't return it on time the consequences can be quite severe. My girlfriend didn't for got to file her confirmation statement (reminder from companies house got lost in the post) and her company was liquidated and all money in her bank account transferred to Crown. It was a bit od a palaver restoring the company and getting the money back. Hard to believe a plc could neglect to file this. Extremely strange. | edpick
27/7/2017 20:20 | Doodle thanks for setting this up , so much more readable and seems to have attracted the best of the posters from the last board ( Tilly will probably have been sectioned by the time you are reading this poor creature!)I am generally a stalker unless I have something vitally important to offer but would reiterate what I said before I left the last thread, BLU is the only way to invest in Satishopay which should be massive but also consider investing directly in IOTA it is part of the future of the "Internet of Things" unless BTC can develop a nano alternative which is a possibility. If you decide to buy IOTA's good luck! Not easy! Thanks again Doodle my headache has gone! | critter
27/7/2017 20:17 | They made a bundle $millions when they invested BTL | xcap
27/7/2017 19:57 | Interims published in May 2017, so there doesn't appear to be a problem. Strange. | doodlebug4
27/7/2017 19:57 | Hopefully the new 3% holder has come in because they realise that Satoshi is on the verge of breaking through in the coming months? And with their experience of blockchain, you would hope that perhaps the risk of Satoshi's PoC with IOTA failing is very low? | cyberbub
27/7/2017 19:51 | I can't figure that link out as BLU's last final results were published on 28 November 2016. On my iPad at the moment, will check later unless someone else can find out. | doodlebug4
27/7/2017 19:41 | Yes and website isn't that impressive. Perhaps we need to research further. | hazl
27/7/2017 19:39 | 2trying - that's not good reading in that link. It's quite beyond me why companies don't submit their accounts in time. | doodlebug4
27/7/2017 19:26 | APF - Look at the bottom of BLU rns's. SCC are BLU's broker alongside Cairn the nomad. | patientcapital

27/7/2017 17:10 | The Rampers like the RNSWow they are all so cluelessPlsd this site is for the knowledgeable Non Rampers | tilly99
27/7/2017 17:07 | Yes I looked Into kr1 before but their stake was very low. Remember the higher percentage an investment, the more leverage it produces. If you have two companies making an investment..For ease, let's say both have similar corporate overheads. Would you invest in the one with a 31% position. Or the one with a 1% position. | apfindley
27/7/2017 17:03 | They specialise in raising funds for small or private companies. Their "buy" side is professional investors and Institutional investors. | apfindley

27/7/2017 17:00 | Are they a broker? I thought they were a venture capital investor At least that's what their website says. They provided funding for btl group, blue star, kryptonite1, Noman, and SatoshiPay. Seems they like investing in Blockchain. | apfindley
