Remember about 0.2p anyone is buying about placing price and most probably forward shs at massive premium.


Only fools buys something at currecnt 85% premium, some even bought 150% premium.


Be smart buy the shs at a discount to placing.

They have forward shs to punters at above 0.4p and that's why it's collapsing now.

The Company has conditionally raised approximately GBP650,000 through the proposed issue of 325,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.20 pence per Ordinary Share ("Placing Shares") which will be used together with the Company's existing cash resources to satisfy the consideration payable for the Acquisition.

Subject to the conditions above being met, application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Subject to completion of the Placing it is anticipated that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 24 July 2017. Thank you for a most constructive post which I would commend to others. This BB has been a good forum since I started it and I share your concern that it has been spoilt lately by a herd of moronic deramper. I now press the filter button every time a new one appears. Hopefully as we move to a higher level they will move on and sanity will be restored.

Taking a step back, look at the basics here.
At .4p the market cap will be £7.2m, after new share issue.
Take off £2m of cash and other investments and the market cap is £5.2m, for the 31% holding inn satoshipay.
That equates to a market cap of £16.8m for all of Satoshipay.
Some think it is worth more some on this BB think it's worth less.
I think it's worth more because;
1) I know that there are large institutions that love Satoshipay and would consider buying it outright
2) the sector (disenfranchising the banks) is massive
3) Nano payments will benefit us all and how we pay for things
4) the technology works (that will be proven again in August)
5) the company is low cost and doesn't require large amounts of capital
6) the management are at the forefront of the sector

Some agree, some don't. For those that don't please short or sell, for those that do, stick with it or buy some on any red days (it can't go up in a straight line forever).

BLU was clever buying three chunks of a private company from willing and desperate sellers. None of them wanted to sell but they were short of cash....fact.
Now we have the possibility of seeing the benefits of moving from the valuation for a for a small start up, in a niche area, changed to an AIM valuation offering liquidity and capital...the market looks ahead 18 months, where Satoshipay could be 10x higher...easily.

This was a good, interesting, fun BB, which has been taken over by the lunatics. If any civil people want to keep conversing on another forum then let's go for it. Not sure what forum but maybe someone can suggest something.

I can only see another 15% fall today.
