Exercise of SAYE Option

On 1 November 2022, Penny Scott-Bayfield, Group Finance Director and PDMR, exercised her SAYE option under the Company's 2019 Sharesave Plan to buy a total of 9,740 ordinary shares of 1.25 pence in the Company at GBP1.848 per share.

The exercise will be satisfied through the transfer of shares from the Bloomsbury Employee Benefit Trust.

Following this transaction, the shareholding of Ms Scott-Bayfield in the Company will be as follows:
