Just realised I forgot about the other placing shares too. So close to 50 mill shares, with a mkt cap of around £22 mill.

Not often you see a cash shell transform into a potential ai media giant with rapid growth and a strategic investor like this..

So, we’ll have a company with a mkt cap nationally of around £10 million.

Existing blockchain shares in issue : 36000000, consolidated to 3,000,000.

Then add on the (16351102+3472222) gives 22823324 total new shares.

H1 2019 revenues of around £7.25 million gbp ($8.7 million @$1.2 rate).

107% ncreasse on previous (1 revenue..

I reckon price will drop to low/mid 30’s on opening sessions, but then once people realise th growth trajectory it’s on, it will then rise well past 45p


I had hoped they would get a share price much higher, but on ths surface, the company and its backers sound like a solid long term prospects....


Overall, I’m looking forward to seeing how this plays out medium term...I’ll be maintaining my holding, and adding on any weakness...

I Googled "Sumitomo Corporation, water" - the results are listed at the link below.

Sumitomo is a huge Company with 74,000+ employees and over $30 billion in annual revenues.

It would be interesting to identify their interest in Artificial Intelligence and specifically the companies comprising or involv ed with the new "Blockchain" entity.

I'm hoping for a quick turnaround, once listed but as it's AIM then anything can happen!!

Lets see how fast AI growth in this industry will actually materialise. Likewise CC, I was invested in the days of 6,7 and 8p!!!!

I didnt want a 65% down relist stillwaiting....i wanted a break even exit. Not that much to ask. I don't want shares in a total AIM start up either. They will create 200 million new shares within a year anyway. We've been diluted to hell. Been a disaster for me.

Biggest investment mistake of my life this one....and I've been in some absolute dogs. That I have to wait potentially years just to break even after a 19 month wait is beyond disappointing. The only people that will be happy here are the ones that bought in at 3p....not the 9.5p I paid.
