It’s weird. They set up a new shell, raising £1.5 mill via issue of 30 million shares, but the total no. Shares in issue is 36500000, so where has the additional 6.5 mill shares come from?

At sub £3m mcap, BLOC represents a fantastic opportunity when you consider that RS & JH have been responsible for creating 100's of £millions in share-holder value over the past decade. And limited downside due to £1.5m in cash.

Obviously it remains speculative until blockchain RTO is officially announced, but at these price levels there are few other UK stocks around that offer the same potential risk / reward ratio.
