Stocky - someone has to add some wisdom to these threads, you certainly don't find much coming from you and your 'Band of Bonehead' brothers. It's all a bit to 'boring' to look at the facts surrounding Blinkx, better to close your eyes and pray that 'Big Time Charlie' Digitalis will make your dreams come true with his baseless predictions and phony 'insider' knowledge.

Tick tock ... for the next trading update! In the meantime, don't let the inconvenient facts get in the way of the fantasy.

Oh goodness ... verbal attack by the 'Band of Boneheads', headed by 'Big Time Charlie' Digitalis ... our very own Blinkx plutocrat and a man with the inside track on all things Blinkx. He's also the man that very confidently predicted a £30 share price for all you lucky holders. That's right, you've guessed it, he doesn't have a clue!

As for Blinkx, where are we? Back to the same share price as we were when the Board issued a profit warning in July 2014. The only difference is that there is less cash in the bank, not more, and the company is now delivering a definite profit and loss account 'loss', as opposed to, in July, a reduction in 'profit'.

So why are the 'Band of Boneheads' so happy?

(1) Adkarma - another outstanding acquisition from a Board that have a poor record in adding value from acquisitions (fact, not fiction). On the surface, which is what these guys only ever concern themselves with, it is highly profitable and growing like Jack's beanstalk. But the price looks like a steal? What debt does it carry? We don't know because the Board never deemed to tell us. So I'll reserve my judgement on that one.

(2) New directors - a couple of whom have just dumped some of their 'free' shares for 'tax' reasons. But given they are in the US, the amount dumped looked suspiciously larger than they actually needed? The only positive is the NED who bought from his own pocket.

(3) Trading updates post-July - inflection point has been reached, we will not make a profit until 2017? Profitability fell off a cliff. What happened to that 'unfair advantage' the CEO spoke of the year before? It disappeared very quickly, if it ever existed in the first place.

The Blinkx 'fantasy' rolls on but the 'facts' don't lend themselves to the story. Blinkx is still very much a gamble for newcomers and remains not for widows and orphans ... despite what you might hear from the Band of Boneheads.
