Unusual for Blinkx to buy a company making a profit! It is a big positive for Adkarma to increase profitability of all Blinkx Publisher network. Fresh faced to contribute significantly to Blinkx recovery.

Why would AdKarma sell out for 1 x revenue and < 10 times GP? and with $5m assets thrown in...so they bought a company with $15m revenue, $2.3m GP and $5m assets for $15m cash + $5m cash/stock...really


It seems like they sold out cheap... surely the bod at AdKarma could have got a lot more...were they drunk...

Either this is a great coup for blnx bod or a desperate sell by AdKarma....
