19/12/2014 09:31 | Your wrong tom! This will all end in tears just as everything else does for BLNX.BLNX do not have the skilled or intellectual management at the helm to save this sinking ship.I would advise no body to buy shares in BLNX, because if they release the third profit warning we could hit 15p in an instant. Then through that carnage they will eat into dwindling cash reserves further and integrating Karma on time may or may not work.Brian is committed on reducing cash reserves and getting the BLNX share price down further still. | kendonagasaki
19/12/2014 09:21 | It looks shady to me!Then again Brian is a very shady character. | kendonagasaki
19/12/2014 09:19 | BLNX are spending its cash reserves to grow revenue. That is a dangerous thing owing to the fact they are a loss making and unprofitable company. They have suddenly increased overheads and wage bills again and no guarantee of success is forthcoming as lots of their previous buys have been disasters and defunct technology.Brian is out of control and does not know what his business plan is anymore. This should end the day down as the city realises he is now aggressively committed to burning through its last defence. Its cash reserves. | kendonagasaki
19/12/2014 09:17 | Its hard to say from their web sit or the release exactly what the business consists of. From first glance it appears to be a very similar model to Burst with the exception of using Adapt.TV for their platform. If this is the case integration technically should be fairly straightforward substituting one ad exchange for another. This is no where in the same league as Rhythm or Lyfe which have a completely different infrastructure. Depending on their partner relationships they may also offer 'Private Exchange' functionality, again this is speculation but is possible. We should see a boost in Comscore figures if the above assumption proves correct. | shroder
19/12/2014 09:17 | Blinkx shares nudge higher as unveils AdKarma acquisition Shares in internet media specialist Blinkx (LON:BLNX) nudged higher as it announced plans to buy AdKarma, LLC - a video supply side platform. AdKarma brings extensive supply and demand side relationships, along with access to key programmatic video technology, the firm said. It posted gross revenue of $13.3mln in 2013, which was 102% higher than in 2012, while gross profit was up 118%. Blinkx chief executive S. Brian Mukherjee told investors: "Blinkx's stated growth strategy is focused on three key areas - video, mobile and programmatic, which we feel represent the future of digital brand advertising. "We believe AdKarma delivers in all three areas for the company. "We are particularly encouraged by AdKarma's high-growth mobile business, which complements our own initiatives in this channel." The initial consideration is for $15mln in cash plus an additional $5mln in cash or stock at the company's option, payable on the first anniversary of the transaction. Blinkx shares added just over 1% to go to 25p each. trolltastic begorrah88 19 Dec'14 - 09:02 - 73265 of 73265 0 0 (Filtered) | football
19/12/2014 09:16 | GiveaToss.....same ip address and yet another user name and yet you still post like a clueless idiot.....but just for your tiny little brain again....I own shares and have done for a very long time....my average price is 19.5p and I have posted my concerns about the management failings which I am intiltled to do as a shareholder, which in turn they have agreed with, and in my opinion, they are still failing, but I do hope things will start to improve soon.... Carry on bashing your head against the brick wall though, it might help to wake up a few of your brain cells. | jwoolley
19/12/2014 09:16 | Grandad - if being top gainer on the leader board is your interpretation of being stagnant...it becomes plain to see why you are a skint old pensioner! Did I mention that I am never wrong....keep an eye for news from ML shortly. 240p and gangsters in trouble! | barkboo
19/12/2014 09:14 | Great news this morning. Looking at details this seems like great value for Blinkx. Good luck all | seball
19/12/2014 09:11 | and another! rocket fuel - 16 Nov 2014 - 10:51:11 - 14500 of 14591 watch out for the run on 18p. institutional investors dumping left right and centre. blnx is snookered now, they can't continue buying to build because the market will not pony up any more cash for an AIM blagging adware company and they dare not touch current cash pile as that's the only entity keeping them alive and breathing at the moment. as loses widen and cash burns going forward along with the BoD continuing to fill their boots with sky high salaries, the company previously known as blinkx will slowly and surely be buried six foot under, alongside its original incarnation, papa zango. | rocket fuel
19/12/2014 09:10 | Yes I've noticed the share price Barky. Its stagnant as your pants. | kendonagasaki

19/12/2014 09:09 | Great acquisition. More good news to come. A buyback is still an option. Would also like to see the boarding buying to send a signal. | stocky

19/12/2014 09:07 | here is one I made earlier (5 weeks ago) and rings true today! rocket fuel - 11 Nov 2014 - 09:12:47 - 14472 of 14591 buying to build is always a very expensive strategy and blnx cash pile is far too anemic to play this game much longer. the company now just exists to pay handsome salaries and bonuses to the BoD and special city friends until the cash trough dries up! | rocket fuel

19/12/2014 09:02 | Good summary as usual 1gw Your level headed posts are always welcome. 1gw 19 Dec'14 - 08:50 - 5048 of 5049 0 0 fwiw this was the last thing I wanted to see from blinkx - the distraction of integrating another acquisition before they have clearly demonstrated that they have turned the business round. Good news if they are now confident that they have turned the business round, but if that is the case then why on earth not say it in the release. Something like "this demonstrates the board's confidence that recent problems are now behind it and the company is once more on a profitable growth path", or even just a comment on the cash situation such as "the company is once again cashflow positive and estimates that year end cash will be $xm after accounting for today's acquisition". There is not one word that I can see on current trading. And the release also smacks of the usual games on the numbers. Why do they quote revenue and income from operations without telling us what the bottom line is - did AdKarma make a profit or not in 2013? If it is expected to be earnings accretive in the first full year, does that mean blinkx itself expects to be profitable next year? If so, why not say so? | begorrah88
