The Company announces that on 7 October 2022 Matt Jones, Chief Executive Officer, was granted an award over 402,427 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's performance share plan. On the same date, Adam Moloney, Chief Financial Officer, was granted an award over 122,315 Ordinary Shares under the same plan. This plan is subject to various performance criteria being met over a period of three years from the date of grant.
