The Company announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today the following special resolution was duly passed:

THAT the name of the Company be changed to "Blackstone Loan Financing Limited".

A further announcement will be made once the change of name has taken effect. Further information regarding the rationale for the name change is covered by the Company's Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 7 December 2020 (the "EGM Notice").
