Blackbird (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird , was informed that, on 24 March 2021, Stephen White, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, bought 28,637 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.29 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the above purchase, Stephen White, now has a total beneficial interest in 335,970 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
