Directors share dealings

    The Company was notified today that Maurice Edward, Deputy Chairman of BAG has today acquired 8,662 ordinary shares of 20p each in the
company at a price per share of 96.5p.

    His beneficial shareholding in the Company before the transaction was 3,273,037 ordinary shares representing 17.46% of the issued share
capital and after the transaction is 3,281,699 representing 17.50% of the issue ordinary share capital. 

    The combined beneficial and non-beneficial shareholding in the Company of Arnold Edward, Chairman and Maurice Edward has increased to
13,955,611, representing 74.43% of the issued ordinary share capital.
