Posted at 18/10/2008 03:24 by rfaustin Is Steven Wicks allowed a vote on the issue of waiver of the requirement to make an offer for the whole co?The only independent director owns 0.5%, so the other 30% or so must be owned by private investors or institutions. Does anyone have an appetite for trying to block the reorganisation etc and trying to force an offer for the company at 2.75p. I would make a large loss, but slightly smaller than currently. |
Posted at 26/9/2007 09:27 by bernieboy Is this company really only capitalised at 0.9m now?? How the mighty fall! Surely must be worth a punt at these levels?? Saw a tip for them last year I think in Shares mag when they were about 20p. Any holders think it could be worth getting in now as a new investor or is it a dead duck?Cheers Bernie. |

Posted at 26/6/2007 19:52 by scrapheap Results sneaked out after market close - key headline as usual is the ever so consistent NAV collapse. Now down to just 12p. Anyone charting that fall over the years, allowing for share consolidations to hide the fact, will see why no sane investor goes here now... look at the company net assets and NAV per share over the last 4 years and you'll see all you need. It seems the company is selling assets to pay off the ex CEO too still... The results must say 4 times that from now on they will seek investments where a profit can be made - what that says about the historic management's efforts speaks volumes... Still watching this as ex-holder but so glad I left the scene yonks ago after finally giving up the bull case. Should the new team start to turn around the NAV collapse then I might come back but I want to see at least two sets of results where there is a positive return and not this ongoing haemorraging. Hopefully this set of figures marks the nadir but only time will tell. |
