("Big Technologies" or the "Company")

EBT Share Purchase

The Company was notified on 22 January 2024 by the Trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), that the EBT had purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 pence each in the Company on 19 January 2024 at a price of GBP0.98 per share and a further 500,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 pence each in the Company on 22 January 2024 at a price of GBP1.06 per share

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Following this transaction, a total of 3,637,304 shares representing 1.25 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
