Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 22 January that Sara Murray, Chief Executive Officer, purchased an aggregate of 300,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 22 January at an average price of GBP1.065 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Ms Murray holds 73,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 25.3 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
