Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 4(th) April that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, transferred by way of purchase and sale of shares, an aggregate of 10,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to his SIPP on 31(st) March and the 3(rd) April. Following this transfer there is no change to Mr Morris's beneficial ownership of 410,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
