That all ended with the RNS. He could have published his item today on HSR. He could have then published on share price tomorrow. It's what he normally does and that's my last on this matter.

Once Novum contacted TW and asked him if he wanted to be an insider, that’s it, radio silence he couldn’t write or say anything, nothing, nada. It is illegal! Until the information is in the public domain.

No one has received any stock because this is conditional on approval at the GM. However....

"Novum Securities has conditionally subscribed for 15,000,000 new Ordinary Shares. Nick Mustoe and Kirsty Fuller who are Directors, and Adam Reynolds who is a former Director, have conditionally subscribed for, in aggregate, 7,000,000 new Ordinary Shares."

You do recognise that he is pumping though, don't you? After all, he didn't even give his paying HSR readers a head start with today's item.

I think he meant to say "No-lose stock" but couldn't quite bring himself to say.
