21/6/2019 08:19 | The cavalry have arrived! I personally have never posted on a board that I’m not invested in. Who in their right mind would waste their time? How have they all got so much time to be concerned about other investors? The only rational is that they want in. | moneygenxyz
21/6/2019 08:18 | No when to hold them no when to fold them no when to walk away no when to run ,you never count your money while sitting at the table | markstevenkirby80
21/6/2019 08:14 | and they are finally below 30p - at 29 - 29.5p That support level of 30p is going to be sorely tested today..... | roleybirkin
21/6/2019 08:13 | You can't compare just eat and deliveroo with BIGdish just because they are food tech!!BIGDish serves the restaurant industry - a tough industry with tight margins. Give jamie Oliver a call for his thoughts. I don't know too much about BIGdish but it's obvious the push to book and discount is on quiet periods. Might work for a little while until the discounting marginalises restaurants profits (if they make any money at all) further to point where it's probably not even worth opening on the quiet days. | girdz
21/6/2019 08:03 | jungmana, wrong board old seaccout, this is Bids or Bidstack to give its full name. It is not a restaurant company !! | stoaty1
21/6/2019 07:59 | There are a few websites that list islands for sale....for now a house on a smaller island than the UK will do.... | global nomad
21/6/2019 07:53 | Girdz - target is 6000 restaurants in 2 years. 1000 is for 2019 only. take a look at the valuation of foodtech companies like justeat, deliveroo and others. Amazon just invested $575m into deliveroo and that says a lot about the sector. Anyway good luck here | jungmana
21/6/2019 07:49 | Jungmana have a think about the business models. Big dish earn £1.5 per customer they get into a restaurant - an industry that is under pressure due to limited disposable incomes. With 1000 restaurants still only revenue of gbp 7 milNow look at BIDS and what they are trying to achieve. Completely new advertising sector into live gaming - an industry worth billions. One contract could generate Gbp 7mil. Let's see what q3 and 4 brings | girdz
21/6/2019 07:48 | 2prsimo just get some dish today. good luck here | jungmana
21/6/2019 07:46 | I cashed in at 22p so happy with that. just telling you that JW and vox have a financial interest in pumping this. just look at his stupid reason for selling dish at £20m market cap and then all his disciples followed | jungmana
21/6/2019 07:36 | Jung you are no different , you are only here to further your cause by pumping one share to the next .At least he pays a monthly fee but do you any. Had you stayed here you could have cashed in by another 100% more then your pumps. | snoopy12
21/6/2019 07:18 | Don't invest then. You don't need to waste your time on this board. | richardjohn10
21/6/2019 07:15 | Just learnt today that companies actually pay a monthly fee to be interviewed on VOX. No wonder JW pumps BIDS almost every day.His reason stated for selling dish at GBP 20m market cap was revenue with 1000 restaurants will be just about GBP 7m. At the same time he goes on ramping bids at GBP 80m market cap with revenues expected of GBP 5m only.Hmmmmmm | jungmana
21/6/2019 05:56 | Currently abroad and just seen some of the posts that have been posted. Still banging about revenues and valuations. The business is still in its early days and one will follow the other. The thread has become clustered with people who think they can change the course of the share price. If you are not in you are not going to win .Deals take time and once the deals come then we can bang about revenues. | snoopy12
21/6/2019 02:10 | I am currently on Prince Edward Island in Canada, is it for sale? | ayl30
20/6/2019 23:50 | Haha, alright! Just so long as nobody wants to call it the high net worth club! If we get to ten quid I'll go after Australia | throwingmuses
20/6/2019 23:34 | Can we create a BIDS founding investor club where we just all swap islands from time to time? 🏝🏖 | moneygenxyz
20/6/2019 22:33 | The state of the nation could certainly be better! I'm sure backing bids is gonna have it's rewards, it already has in fact, and it's only just beginning. | throwingmuses
20/6/2019 22:21 | Already got our place and getting it sorted before all this came to pass....now other options open up and with the state of the nation (sorry) the timing couldn't be better..... | global nomad
20/6/2019 21:53 | Get the mechanisms for frictionless expansion in place, and we see a massive rerate. Changes the dynamic, esp for institutional investors I think. They may be behind the second big push off 80p post Q3, as the tech gets proved up and the limitless possibilities appear more achievable. What a second half awaits :) Scout out your Islands in the sun folks! | throwingmuses
20/6/2019 21:04 | Ah GN, if bids does as anticipated, I'll be spending much more of that excess time on a small, beautiful Greek island..... | stevoc1964
20/6/2019 20:57 | Stevoc, if bids does as anticipated you'll have even more free time.... | global nomad |
