BIDS sign multi year contracts giving them exclusive rights to advertise within games. Do we know if other big titles, such as FIFA, already have multi year contacts in place for advertising? Obviously these would not be programatic but rather direct with the companies that appear on the billboards.

Fascinating post from a few months back by JD which answers a lot of my questions on BIDS early pivot and Reverse takeover.

With all the E3 meetings and JW Podcast being lined up plus Bidstack tweets I expect to see us comfortably breaking 40p and probably 45p in the next few days. You don’t take all your expert Team over to E3 for no reason!

E3 is over 3 days and started yesterday, so I'd expect JD's 'mid way through E3' VOX/JW chat tomorrow.

A positive from P White...didn't think I'd ever witness it.
However I'd rather he wasn't watching...easier targets elsewhere perhaps.

PWhite73 you can open a closed position ( short) through IG etc, only if the provider can find stock too borrow and hedge against. However 99% of the time with small caps thats not possible

niggle - "You can indeed short Bidstack on IG Index"

You cannot short Bidstack on any index. Spreadbetting is not the same as shorting. To short you need to contact a holder of the shares, borrow them, selling them into the market, when the price has fallen you repurchase them, hand them back to the lender and you pocket the difference. Even if you could you would be mad to short Bidstack whilst they are at the E3 games convention.

Niggle what do those warrants mean exactly ?
mwainw1973

Liquidity is one reason why some funds will only look at £100M+ companies: hTTps://www.moneyobserver.com/our-analysis/uks-smallest-companies-are-looking-good-valueWhile micro-caps have the potential to significantly outperform bigger companies, thanks to their growth potential, downsides include less liquidity and higher risk, as many smaller companies don't stand the test of time. Alexandra Jackson, fund manager of Rathbone UK Opportunities, invests in a number of small and mid-caps, but does not venture below £100 million. She says: 'I don't invest in micro-caps precisely for risk and liquidity reasons.'

niggle, those 5 million warrants have to be exercised by November 2019, so it is entirely reasonable for those who have them to exercise them regularly!
