I have to say, this is just stating the obvious that anyone with any marketing brain will know and its generic about all advertising. Might as well be taken out of a first year degree in marketing workbook.

I hope the guy has a little more to him than this:

"In recent years the digital advertising industry has come to realise that a consumer’s online experience of brands and adverts is integral to the success of their campaigns. This is both in terms of the ongoing acceptance of online ads and in terms of how well campaigns achieve their marketing aims."

If someone like that came to sell to me, I'd just be straight in with the 'what exactly is different about your offer ?' elevator pitch.
