Spot on graphite bot and Rocksteady01. Think I have been making that exact point for a few days now. "Early January" has passed, only 10 working days remaining to get news out in January.

I don't think JD will be reading this BB as too much clutter and rubbish from some of our "friends", so a message to JD's inbox may have a better impact. Surely he can understand that the share price is getting trashed when he can't stick to his words. Doesn't do much for his credibility! Amazing some BOD members from many companies can't grasp this simple truth!

Your mixing up the podcast info. .The plan A deal had nothing to do share price drop. That was the M and A deal which must have been something similar to the pubguard deal. .The plan A didn't go through for an obvious reasons I feel. .what is the point of committing to a gbp 6 mil deal at end of the year? Might as well start a fresh 1st Jan. Agencies aren't going to be thinking about BIDs balance sheet, rather their own. Doesn't make sense to drop Gbp 6 mil which, in hindsight, would have been a fudge by bids to book it to 2019 accounts

Its bec he didn't update share holders that the share price slid, which prevented the A deal....is that good business ?.I dont think so, he will imo be replaced as a condition of any merger going forward.
