Edward Heaney strategic development director at DAN liked James Drapers news about deal on LinkedIn. .Suspect he knows more than most about BIDs going forward. .Flick through the likes, all 212 of them. Looks like a network of esports, branding agencies and advertises all liking.More going on than we know. .Signing off. Laters

Girdz - "As you are not prepared to accept any deviation from failure, insisting they’ve failed already"

Yes 2020 has already gone wrong. All of the contracts, contacts, associations and discussions that are in place for 2019 have led to zero revenue. 2020 is but two weeks away. Why would they suddenly lead to millions from 01/01/2020.

The live discussion here shouldn't even be about 2020 it should be about 2019 and what if anything the company has done to address the shortcomings that led to zero revenue and negative cash flow. Once these are behind you and understood that's when you can look forward to 2020 optimistically. The problem is the company has not even told you why a projection of £5 millon led to revenues of just £26k.

Here is an example of why its best not to respond to naysayers or engage with them.
They will bring up spurious quite unconnected examples to support, their cases.

'No. 2019 has told you all that you need to know about BIDS. Your comment can be likened to a drug company having failed Phase II stage arguing 'well if we manage to pass Phase III and receive FDA approval we'll make millions." The question is why did the drug fail Phase II.'

Talking of which the above 'whiter than white' poster was in IQAI ...funny that example and I felt showed some uncertainty about his position at times.
I ought to know as I was fleetingly in it as well.
Sometimes you can do very well out of newish companies and sometimes its purely down to luck.
But AIM companies do get taken over....I've known a few but it is true that the 'big boys' often pick their moment, when the company is vulnerable.
Osmetech was bought out and became Genmark for example mentioned that only somewhere else recently as it happens.

Tried to reason with you accepting your comments. Whilst I'm positive for 2020 I accept there's plenty that could go wrong. it's massively reliant on games for starters. .As you are not prepared to accept any deviation from failure, insisting they've failed already there's absolutely no reason what so ever for your continued posting on BB. .Good day

Re 19326

Yes I'm here, interested observer only at the moment.
The company popped on my radar a few months ago.
Still only observing at present.
If that's OK with you.

QuoteThere is what is known in small companies as 'development stagnation' where a company is forever at the cutting edge of technology but can never make that final leap into the world of the commercial.UNQUOTEActually a fair comment and I get that. In view of this can you therefore at least admit that 2020 is a make or break year for bids?If they get the well known games as expected, fill the full GBP 10 mil, and potentially get another deal, then the concept and tech is proving it self, and the business can be scaled as publishers, developers, brands and advertises now buying into the new ad category. All caveated with IF
