Bids chairman setting up BRANDSHIELD SYSTEMS LTD(no other movement) so i assume he is working with the Israelis at TSI.It make sense to join BIDS and ANZU as it would result in a very powerful company that would also see the possibility of joining CHEQ with PUBGUARD.I think Anzu would have announced an IPO/RTO by now if it was going to happen.We could see a whole new board structure at both BIDS and TSI who are in the VERY HOT sectors that are Gaming,E-sports,Cybersecurity and Social/E-commerce .Just have to sit and wait

They have and yes take2games seem aligned to one IGA already.
Lets see where Codys go first. I think they will decline the offer, but sense take2games and maybe others will come back at a higher price.
