Why the delay?.This placing has been imminent for 6 months.At the same time BIDS are signing deals and employing more staff.Going by past history and how lenigas works imo JD has already been found new employment.It's just the same old dirty routine we have to go through when you have lenigas involvement.JD will not be harmed during this process and will just move on imo.A placing is fine by me

The clarification RNS is the nomads and brokers dotting and crossing the I's and T's to ensure they hold no liability for mis-statements ahead of the upcoming raise.

How many placings has there been at TSI and what was the money used for?.Re-investment.It's what you do with the funds that matter.Last BIDS placing was to BUY Pubguard and they haven't issued any share since. That's quite unique for an AIM company.The lumens scandal will not be remembered as your finest hour and all you have left is "Placing".Do you think I would be able to take part in this upcoming placing?.Off course I wont.Past your best Andy.

Exactly. I wasn't disputing the reason behind why the second RNS was issued. Stating the obvious was my point. If you're not paying to read the research you're commissioning it.

I think you are spot on there. The news that Lumens were paid by BIDS was clearly not news. That they put out an RNS suggests they were told to.

The point is it what not presented as paid research in the RNS, that's why they had to issue a clarification. It was presented as a research report, rather than being commissioned.


I see Mike's website is still up, I thought he might of removed it by now after Sunday's farce of him removing his personal identity after TW had recorded it!
