question for lukehold as touch confused.
you said "If someone is interested in partnering for say 10m what do you think it would do to the share price if they tried it buy 100m shares in the open market"
how does that help bidstack as buyer become shareholder but bidstack need cash?
i like your idea of partner giving cash.

Also, FM20 has just been announced as free on Xbox Game Pass for PC.All of Bidstack's games should be seeing a good bump in player numbers.

Bidstack are a tiny company with tiny costs mixing it with the biggest advertising and gaming companies in the word. They will need more cash to take them to profitability. That could be in the form of a loan or placing. It could be an interested partner. If someone is interested in partnering for say 10m what do you think it would do to the share price if they tried it buy 100m shares in the open market. There's lots of exciting things happing at the moment. If you care to look into it beyond the accounts I think we've all weighed up the risk/reward here andy and made our own decisions. You've been exposed for what you are.

BIDS are looking at the government loan option which has widened to unlimited businesses therefore are eligible for it and has a chest of 330 billion. Yes they need to raise cash, but its not guaranteed to be a placing.

Why is it "scaremongering" to say a placing is coming exactly?

Why does discussion of a placing "scare " you exactly?

Virtually ALL AIM listed companies do placings, it's why they're listed on AIM in the first place!


A placing is definitely coming here, and soon, IMO. If you are able to read BIDS' accounts, and calculate the current burn, it must surely be very close, should it not?

If not, when do you think they will need to do a placing, out of interest?

I think Luke's point, that I can see loud and clear, is that you have no interest here (or any other share it seems) unless to scaremonger that a placing is coming.

Anybody that follows bids knows they need a fund raise at some point mid year (possibly stretching longer now expenses have reduced and demand in bidstack's product has increased ahead of schedule), so you aren't going to scare anybody that is even alittle bit researched by stoking up these rumours.

You said you were interested in marketing, but Luke is pointing out that based on your posting history, your interest is in discussing rumours of future fund raises.

Very interesting developments over this past week.

So, as we know CALM have now started their campaign with EA offering players in Fifa 20 custom football kits featuring their logo. But this time EA have taken an unusual extra step to just offering up personalised football kits. Very curious to see them offering the LED billboards for advertising purposes for the first time in recent FIFA releases.

“It’s not just that – there are also special FUT Kits, supporter signs and LED boards all carrying our messages about tackling the stigma around suicide and mental health.”



And of course this is a few days after CALM started their campaign on Football Manager 20. This is being displayed in the same fashion as the Uber Eats, Football Index, Unilever ads rather then on the default cycle of the current charity adboards FM20 runs.



Yesterday evening we have the other interesting move by EA. PizzaHut billboards inserted in to Madden following the game update yesterday. An extension of the current Madden PizzaHut partnership no doubt but perhaps they also need the viewabilty technology to track the success of the campaign. Perhaps not. Either way there is already some interesting reactions being seen from gamers.

We talk about the huge increase in gamers due to isolation as the main positive outcome but these recent examples highlight perhaps what is the most exciting opportunity.

The ability to slip in the technology in a way that will actually gain praise and positivity from the people it targets. We are in an unprecedented time where there is a huge importance in transmitting a very simple short message to every single person on the planet and to make sure that people keep seeing that message. Stay home. Save lives. And people seeing this message completely understand why it is there and how important it is to see it. It will be received even better than charity billboards. And in time, these billboards can make the transition over to traditional advertising with a little bit less of a shock to gamers already seeing the space used in that way.

We just need to look at what people are saying about the Codemasters, Rebellion & Activision Blizzard campaigns to see how well it has been received and how much positive coverage it has gained. BBC, ITV, The Independent, Forbes, etc. It won’t be long before most major game developers follow suit.

What are they waiting for? Well King is restricting the campaign to the UK and waiting for local government guidance before extending it to other regions like the US. The message is very simple, so why? Because local governments, similar to the UKs Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, may actually have an advertising budget for transmitting this message.

Yes and the success of Quindell showed those that went to the private board to be a group of savvy, investment shrewdies, they knew what they were doing! That echo chamber worked really well for those involved...


All those that remained here saying naughty things about the company such as "fraud" were left regretting not being part of that blueshare forum where the real information was shared with those lucky enough to be in the SAG.............

I recall Steamy et al went onto set up a completely new platform to rival ADVFN during the height of the Quindell days because of all the horrid things that people were saying about the company and its CEO. For a time the BOD were only speaking to the SAG because they too were fed up with all the horrid things.

Is there a SAG set up here?
