Niggle. At least with their rose tinted bidlievers only website, they will have a list of who can form the shareholders actions group when this gets suspended shortly. In a sea of terrible stocks, this looks like a terminal case now.

They were raising money at those prices and still are raising money at today's prices. Its a never ending 24/7 rolling process. The trouble is issuing discounted shares leads to further falls in the share price. However when enough money is raised an announcement is made and a mean average of all the prices are used.

The trouble is that the Coronavirus has thrown a massive spanner in the works. I suspect the Latvian office and all their other offices are now shut so even the little trade that was taking place has now stopped. There is no compensation for workers over their like there is here and games developers are the last people you would want to help in this crisis.

So where to from here. The last chance saloon is a bucket shop death spiral bail out at 1p or its curtains. Just don't be caught without a chair when the music stops.

1. There is no commercial business behind the facade

2. Directors own shares not bought but given to them for free.

3. Directors sold shares whilst encouraging others to buy.

4. Placing shares are being sold into PI buys so no amount of buying lifts the stock.

5. PIs are restricted on the amount of stock they can sell.

6. Experts are appointed to the board but bring no intrinsic value but to trick mug PIs

7. The CEO appears on countless podcasts and interviews.

8. No figures are ever presented to support the value of deals.

9. No institutions ever invest just mug PIs

10. An army of paid posters were employed to ramp the stock on bulletin boards.
