                                Issue of Equity


The Directors of Betbrokers plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that the
Company has raised GBP300,000 before expenses through the placing of 7,500,000
new ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 4p per
share (the "Placing").  The proceeds of the Placing will be used to further
develop Betbrokers' data and on-line services.

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM, which is expected to take place on 9 November 2007.  Following the Placing,
the enlarged share capital of the Company will be 304,666,317 ordinary shares of
0.25p each.

The Placing Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary shares of 0.25p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
