Norwegians helping OUT Woodford, & helping themselves IN?
BMK Woodford dropped below 5% from 12.45% in July and the same day Kverva Finans AS went from nothing to 11.47%

Raeber, Exec Director bought 200,000 shares at 43.5p yesterday. His purchase joins George, Exec Chairman who purchased 1 million shares at 47p on 13th Sept, and Mghre, Non Exec Director, who bought 300,000 shares at between 44p and 47p on 12/13 Sept. These trades are significant IMHO and are an encouraging sign, again IMHO.

Napoleon 14th The transaction the other day was apparently a purchase by Kvera Finans A/S, of Norway. If I read the documents right, they previously held 11.47% and that has now increased to 558,387,016 shares constituting 14.15% of the Company. IMHO, this is a very good sign for ordinary shareholders. It's still a long term investment as far as I am personally concerned - 3 to 5 years.

So we need a different explanation to volume (according to Bigcharts)
on Aug 30th & more importantly this week's c.40 million shares?

I think they're pretty much on the ball. What is noteworthy is that some decent sized Norwegian players have taken big positions in BMK. The Norwegians like to think they know a lot about aquaculture - and they do! - so I regard that as a positive sign. I have (for me)a hefty number of shares; I am modestly "underwater" at the moment, but I'm not in the least concerned as I have a 2 to 5 year payoff horizon, so I'm not worried. All IMHO, of course.

Thanks murdo mcsponge.

Technology may be good, but monetisation/commercialisation of the same is key from a business perspective - this is an area of major weakness for BMK in my view at this time. A number of brilliant technologies/ scientifically ground breaking, have not been commercially successful, as one would expect.

Adoption on new scientific trends takes a heck of a lot longer and many times the timeframes that one would expect from an stock market perspective.

Good point muktibagger. However, accepting your comments, I still think that BMK's lice system is very good.
