The Company has been informed that Peter George, Executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence per share on 4 March 2020, and purchased 58,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark Ordinary Shares at a price of 34.93 pence per share on 5 March 2020.

Following this transaction, Peter's total beneficial interest in the Company is 2,401,219 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
