11/5/2023 11:16 | Masure Although I've been big supporter of Bell, I am beginning to be concerned re the team's lack of financial discipline. We've had three share issues to raise cash in recent years and every time its finance director has implied it had enough cash. Either their forecasting has been irresponsible or their cash controls are lamentable. Not sure whether their finance director has sufficient operational experience. Fear it may be time for some director upgrading as price for any more fund raising. | stuffee
09/5/2023 16:16 | As per Masurenguy's post 423; There do seem to be a lot of portable generators on the market, Belluscura's come in at $1800 - $2000 if I recall, there are a lot of others on the market for substantially less than this, although quality and % oxygen delivery does vary. Bell, aint the only game in town, will continue to watch. | owenski
09/5/2023 15:12 | This remains an interesting business with considerable potential but it is difficult to gauge how they compare with their competition. I'm also uncertain why they listed here instead of the NASDAQ. Fund raising so far IPO @45p in May 21. Further placing @85p in May 22. Broker Option exercised @37.7p in Feb 22. It looks like a further fund raising will be necessary this year so I remain on the sidelines waiting to see when this takes place and at what price. | masurenguy
07/5/2023 20:32 | Agree with your position, I expect them to have to raise again. The next raise should be the last raise if the management have anything about them; they need to demonstrate cost control and a clear path to profits. | danmart2
07/5/2023 11:23 | Year end TU was back in January, how long does it take to publish results, I find it an issue if a company can't get it's results out promptly, last year they were published in February and now we're into May. From January TU - "By 31 December 2022 the Company had shipped or received orders for 2,850 X-PLOR units with 1,226 units being shipped in 2022 (2021: 377). As at the year end, the Adjusted EBITDA1 loss is anticipated to be in line with market expectations and retained cash balances of $1.8 million, which together with inventory and inventory deposits, amounted to $11.9 million." They've got potentially $11.9m in inventory etc which could be unwound into sold stock, but only $1.8m in cash as of Dec. Am thinking funds might be getting tight as they're still burning through a lot of cash. Would like to see where they're at presently with sales and cash on the books and whether they're going to raise again before I commit here. If this turns out to be a decent growth business, then 45m market cap might not be too demanding an entry point, but I suspect they might raise a bit, if so, at what price. I'll wait on this for now as I need a bit more progress detail inc. financials. I notice that cost of sales seems to grow with actual sales, and admin costs have shot up, would like to be able to start to gauge if and when the costs start to 'fix' so that one can calculate upward volumes sold actually makes for an attractive bottom line calculation. Still early days here though I guess. | owenski
07/5/2023 11:02 | Current M.cap @ 37p = 45.6m | owenski
05/4/2023 08:05 | Belluscura products do not feature in this NCO survey. Any views? On my watchlist but no position yet. | masurenguy
03/4/2023 07:23 | I think Belluscura could well be a takeover target by one of the larger medical supplies manufacturers. Onwards and upwards | cheshire
03/4/2023 06:40 | Belluscura is significantly undervalued for anyone who is prepared to look forward. I like this Orders of the X-PLOR portable concentrator continue to grow, as new distributors are brought on board, and are in line with company expectations. Inline with expectations being the key. 28/3/2023 18:19 | They will need more funding The Chinese manufacturer will need close control and support Previous sales where pathetic I think this falls below 28p before any recovery | danmart2

24/2/2023 14:43 | I guess they had to go for the loan note route, would prefer capital raise as one can wait and watch on the share price action if one isn't a holder - no pain, but I guess raising capital at present on an already falling share price they would've been hammered. Loan notes appear unsecured, but as you said - 500k p/a, or a million if they issue a further tranch - likely. Considering they're not making a profit they must have some conviction on the business. | owenski
24/2/2023 08:10 | owenski - Thanks for that and especially note re loans at scalpers coupon of 10%, OUCH- £500k p/a. I would not mind that sort of interest but (imo) possible risk to lender unless a lien over assets - Will have to check if after some DD consider dipping toe into the water. | pugugly
24/2/2023 07:42 | 123m shares in issue, therefore, market cap at present is just shy of £53m | owenski
24/2/2023 07:38 | They had an end of year TU in Jan. Last year results were on the 22nd Feb. Still no announcement of results, how long does it take?? They're in hock for 5m @ 10% coupon already with another 5m that they're likely to issue. The actual production and unit sales need to be good to justify this debt load and an already pricey market cap considering they'll still be burning cash this year. | owenski
24/2/2023 07:34 | ADVFN market cap wrong - Should be more like £52M. Do all agree? | pugugly
24/2/2023 07:32 | Difficult RNS to evaluate as no doubt the detail is key, It’s all about the fee / percentage / volume the 3rd party seller takes away. More sales are great but not if your making a few cents | danmart2
24/2/2023 07:23 | GoodRx is a listed $ 2 Billion company Should give US sales some impetus imo | buywell3
23/2/2023 15:11 | Number of units sold and how the transfer to Chinese production is going of interest "Analysts expect great things from Belluscura. Last year, Rauker sold 377 pieces of kit. This year, sales of 2000 are forecast, rising to 18,000 next year and 70,000 by 2025. | mr.oz |
